So, what is this piece of evidence you are presenting? It's the murder weapon, a gun, with his fingerprints on it, the ballistic markings of the bullet are identical to the markings of the gun, and the bullet was found in the victim's body. *drools* I don't get it.
But you can't prove it was this person who shot the gun! The defendant COULD have used gloves, so MAYBE he's still guilty after all. Yes, the prosecution is right. You can't prove it. ...:|
