Here's my pitiful Potato Gant and the head I'm using for reference. I figure if we both bounce advice and ideas back and forth we'll get it right.
This program is easier to use than anim8or. I just need to figure out rounding the hair. Any advice?

Rounding the hair? I dunno... It is a triangle mesh right? If everything isn't already a triangle mesh, convert it to one. It really makes manipulating the objects easier. I don't know why you would want to round his hair though, I'm having trouble angling his hair, especially his beard.
Also, any ideas on making a smile? I tried looking online, but to no avail...

Oh god. Moving? Talking? Random Phrases? THIS IS MADNESS!!!!
Anyway, if it has to move and stuff, I'm going to have to completely redo him; right now, you can't see from the camera angle, but he's bald ontop and on the back, he has a weird head formation jutting out of the back of his head, and, ontop of it all, I don't know how to animate...
