Maybe if we can play lag-free next time, we can try again.No, it was a 5-stock match, I think. I had two lives left. Weren't we on Shadow Moses Island? I'm sure that we were both Toon Link, and the other guy was Luigi.
By the way, since Nintendo's servers are currently buggy, any game with more than 2 players will lag. It's not just me.

Yeah, you're right about the stock thing. I was thinking about another match. But if you're going to say somebody got owned, it should be Haruko. The guy didn't even last that long. And we were neck and neck the whole way through, but I had to leave, so I let you kill me.
Oh, I didn't mean to leave in our first match, but the phone was ringing. I tried to reach the for the phone while still hopping around in the game (using the GC controller, of course), I tugged on my controller a little too hard, and CRASH! My Wii, stand and all, came crashing down to the floor two feet below, causing the power cord to get yanked out the back. Thankfully the disc wasn't harmed.

They all were clans for specific characters though. One said that you had to have a specific character as one of your mains, they didn't have to be your #1 just one of your top mains.
I'm going to look for some other info on clans too.
Here is a link to a Wikipedia article about clans in gaming.
I think we should go with something simple for ours.

I made this a while back. It's the EBA badge with the PW badge and the clan name.
If you look at my sig I have Sonic holding it. I figure we can have our main character[s] holding it for each person who does a sig.
I can even post a version with nothing around the ESA so that people can use their own color if they want.
Also, for those with SD cards there is a way to get the bin data the game saves converted into a jpg image.

When you put them on the DS card they go to this folder.

Bad news is I lost the tournament....but the good news was I made it to the semi finals of the tournament in the store. The guy I was facing was sonic and I was Link. It was a sudden death moment so The odds of me winning was very slim. He did sonics little speed ball the the other end of the map thing instantly, Sorry I lost guys. I hope I havent let anybody down...
I know a lot of people were hoping I would win but i guess it wasnt meant to be. Oh well. Sorry again guysEverybody was at the tournament early so we started it early, so yeah...

For Home Run contests, here's a solid way to win: Grab the Bat, and Throw it at Sandbag. Do this about 4 times, and one regular Up-Smash (Will bring him to between 80-105%). Then Smash. All of my characters are around 1500 ft. for the contest (And that's needed for one of the trophies: Asks for 45,000 ft. combined for all characters for one of the challenges).

However, his partner, 9001, was not fun to play against at all. He kept on choosing Sonic and the stage Spear Pillar and just camped out on the side I wasn't on. Then he will just use the same combo over and over again: spin dash, hit, jump into air, forward-air attack, lather, rinse, repeat. I never won any of my matches there. >:(
I did manage to beat him almost every single time we played outside that stage, though. One match, I got my revenge on him by hitting him with the fan until his health literally got to around 300% and subsequently throwing said fan at him. That was the best part! >:)
Of course, if none of you are Mike, then I guess this is irrelevent and I just made a fool out of myself. =P
EDIT: Oh, if Mike is in here, then I would like to tell you that ever since I used Snake the first time I chose random characters, which explains why I'm so bad with some of them (Metaknight is a great example). Although, I'm surprised with how good I am with Kirby. Maybe I should play as him more...

What a cheap way to use Sonic! D8 (He's my best one!)
I go by Don and use Sonic for every match. I go all out attack on people. Take everything as it comes and get the Smash Ball!
(Or the Dragoon, I have gotten good at getting both of them.)

Personally, I don't know how most characters can be cheap... I would've waited though, you know, for the Laser to kill him? XD!
And I best mention this: I have a Screenshot of Stickers, all Ouendan or EBA related (The EBA Agents, Kahn, the two main characters of Ouendan, and a cheerleader).
I can take out the Cheerleader and then someone might be able to edit it to make a "Figurehead" page?
I'll share this secret here. But the chances of it are very, very slim:
For Kirby, Load up a Smash Ball. Then grab an AT, and hope it's either Andross or Excitebikes or something else in large abundance.
If you use the "Chef Kirby" ability, you'll actually suck up the AT. It makes it funny (Though sad) to see Andross's giant face get sucked into the pot with his panels.

I played through the first round of the tourney, but there was very little time to learn any of the controls.
Apparently, the Wii-Chuck was the only allowable control to be used in this tournament...
Somehow, I managed to snag two victories (first one was extremely easy, and the second one was a last-minute comeback with a well-placed Final Smash).
In the third round, I accidently fell off Brawl's Icicle Mountain.
That was the only point made in the game. The other player couldn't even figure out their own controls and still won!
Freakin' Nintendo needs to think more into how they arrange their tournaments.
How the hell do you expect decent combatants to make it through when you don't even give 'em so much as a week to learn.
This isn't "The (freakin') Wizard"!
