Aside from jumping around the screen, he summons swarms of locusts to attack you from various directions.
Even after learning the pattern of its attacks, it's almost impossible to get through this in one piece.
Not to mention getting caught in the locusts' path almost always spells certain death unless you're properly equipped with healing items.
Clearly one of the most annoying CV boss of the Metroidvania era.
Seconded. I hate that boss and the ones after him. If I remember the bosses. xP

Hehehe, getting the Catnip was much more easier than beating this boss.
Ohh, easy compared to other cheap fighting game bosses. SNK Boss syndrome ftl.
Some of my most hated battles? Hmm...
-Alpha-152, Dead or Alive 4-
Typical cheap fighting game boss. Okay, beating her isn't that hard for me anymore, but what ticked me off the most is HOW LONG ONE OF THOSE DAMN COUNTERS LAST. The one where she puts your head between her legs and pummels you for god how long, it's so overused and lasts too long. There was also this other counter that ticked me off, mainly because it could take up to 70% off your health.
-The Mandragoras, Final Fantasy XII-
The first battle with them was probably my longest simple boss battle ever... which I lost. I could've sworn it took over 30 minutes, maybe even 40 minutes. Those tiny vegetable heads can be such annoying bastards. I managed to beat them on my second try though.
-Yunalesca, Final Fantasy X-
Especially the third form. Quite a special battle, which simply wasn't my cup of cake. Zombie battle lol.
- Evrae, Final Fantasy X-
Okay, I blame myself for being veeery underleveled when I fought it (didn't bother to level up on the ship :P), but I blame SE for not granting an access to a save spot right after the battle. I started a new game after several tries, because of this and simply because I wanted to.
I had a hard time with FFX ^^;

I can beat DonBalon after some practice runs, and I figured out the trick to the chameleon magician, but do to some sort of balance glitch, beating the witch to get an 'A' score is pretty much impossible, unless you're extremely lucky.
There seems to be an overload of awesome in this single courtroom.

Most of the bosses from SaGa Frontier. Mostly because they're based on madness and are capable of doing things that utterly stomp 80% of your party.
Yeah, the Time Lord was FUN.

Anyone in Pokemon who uses a Full Restore when you are just about to when. Even more annoying when you go in with a finishing weak attack because you are running low on your powerful ones.
Doopliss in PM:TYD. Actually, it was probably his chapter more than the actual fight, but I hated going back and forth and constantly having to run away from him.
Yunalesca and Seymour fight on Mt. Gagazet in FFX. Yes, I did like Yunalesca but she was annoying!
