This is one of those old infamous "four level's long but as tough as a T-Rex's ****" as the AVGN would say. Its for the old GB, found it at a EBgames for only 3$ and decided to pick it up. I've gotten to the last stage and last room outside of dracula, and die from low health.

It also suffers from bad game flickering when too much stuff is on the screen, poor hit detection, making bouncing fireballs impossible to dodge. And of course, a damn near impossible race for your life against 3! spiked walls (one goes down at you and is easy to dodge, one comes UP at you and is really annoying, the last comes SIDEWAYS! at you and is really annoying).

Completely off-topic: You watch AVGN too? He's awesome. *thumbs up*

Also off topic, you played PS3? That was the worst of the Genesis PS games, but I still own it on the GBA collection of 1,2,and 3.

I beat this PoS this morning, Dracula's first form was a pansy once you learned his attack patter (with which all you had to do was not move and jump to dodge and hit him). His second form was more annoying then hard, and took me like 3-5 tries to kill him. He'll randomly throw these homing bats at you that are impossible to dodge (you are fighting on platforms over a pit of spikes D: )

Is this the game with the guy with the whip? I really wanted Dawn of Sorrow, but it broke before I played it and so I set it back ;-;

DoS and AoS were like some of the only CV games to not have whip guys as the main character (others included SotN)

Yup... The most frustrating Castlevania game ever... In that way it is good that it's short... I have an original cart along with it's much better sequel but haven't completed either of them yet... in authentic sense.

But... Battle of the holy is a good track!
