The first time this prosecutor is seen, all that will be seen is a trench coat, hat, and a single glowing red dot in the face of pure black shadow cast by the hat. Trucie will comment about not feeling any sort of movement or tension from him. His talk will be cold, heartless, and to the point. His name will be along the lines of Aku . Jokes will be made about his state of dress and his glowing red dot, such as being called a flasher and a cyclops (And sometimes the Flashing Cyclops). His hands are barely shown from his trench coat, and have gloves on them.
Upon him losing the first trial against him, Trucy will make some sort of remark about Phoenix Wright. Aku will take offense to this, and remove his hat. His face and head are almost completly mechanical, as one eye is the red light, the other is a small gem camera. His mouth is covered with a breathing-thingy that's similar to snorkelers. Some pieces of skin are still there, but most is just patchwork. He will then comment about how "Your father did this to me."
During the second case against him, he'll go through half of the court case with his hat, and half without. Defeat will cause him to curse Phoenix again. Upon mentioning this to him, Phoenix has an idea of who this guy might be. Maya will be reintroduced during this case, and will comment on how a "cold, dark soul is within him. One that has already experienced death." Phoenix will comment on Godot, but will say that "that's not who I thought it would be. Besides, me and Diego made peace." This will also explain what truly happened to Godot after 3-5.
The final case will show Franziska von Karma, back in the country to see Phoenix's new prodigy. She claims that she was denied the prosecution, as Aku had been assigned first. She then sets off to see for herself who this new prosecutor is. Right before the first day of trial, Franziska demands from Apollo to take his place as the defense attorney. Phoenix then enters, requesting to be part of the Defense Team. The trial begins with you controlling Franziska, with Phoenix at her side. The Judge is in a state of shock from this combination, and for what Franziska is doing. Aku is stunned by this, and continues the trial distracted. Halfway through, Phoenix tells Franziska that he must leave, but is sending some help. She assumes Apollo or Trucy, but at a vital part when she's alone, Edgeworth takes his place as the Defense Team. He then calls out Aku, where he and Franziska reveal that Aku is Manfred von Karma, resurrected and mechanized.
At this point, Aku pulls off his trench coat, revealing gears, screws, tanks of green fluid, and whatnot. The trial will continue a couple more testimonies, until someone fires at Aku, piercing his tank. After a talk with his daughter and "son", he reveals how he was revived, and his realization of truth, and how proud he was of both of his children. Then, he dies, ending the trial for the day. The next day, Edgeworth takes his place as the prosecution, and Apollo resumes his role as the defense attorney. Either that trial or the trial afterwards will reveal that the shooter of Aku, and the true killer, was the psychopath doctor/mechanic who revived Manfred.

My Prosecutor is a white bloke in his 40s from the native country of the game (i.e Japanese in the Jap. release, US in the Am. release)
He smokes in court (much to the displeasure of the Judge)
hes an ex-soldier in the armed forces
He takes a bleak view on criminals and believes they should all be executed for their crimes whatever they may be (I.e Theft and Smuggling shud get death as well)
He has no pet name for the defense, and just refers to Apollo as 'you'(out of court), and 'the defense'(in court)
He is courteous to the judge (none of this 'if i weren't ready, would i be standing here?' rubbish)
he wears a large grey trenchcoat out of court and a typical suit and green-brown-army tie in court.
He is very blunt and to the point.
He dislikes the jurist system, it gives criminals hope.
Then, in case 5-5, he is found to be the accomplice to a murder, to which he commits suicide on the stand by shooting himself. (which u don't see)

Please don't quote, it makes it harder for me to find which is the part you added on. I'd also prefer if you not just keep tagging things on as you think of them: edits should be reserved for "I changed my mind" not tossing on random facts.
Also, I should remind everyone again that we are picking winners for this based on the information we have on the prosecutor when they are introduced, not after the game is out. Anything you say about what the prosecutor reveals in the last case of the game will not earn you points.

The prosecutor is a female.
Her name is Monika von Karma.
She's the granddaughter of Manfred von Karma and niece to Franziska von Karma.
She admires her aunt and tries to follow in her footsteps.
She is in her mid-late teens.
Monika has an average build, besides the fact that she's somewhat short.
She has curly shoulder-length hair, either blond or platinum blond.
She will have blue or sky blue eyes.
She has glasses, but usually wears them on top of her head;
She only uses them to read or examine something.
She wears black high-heel boots that make herself taller,
But she's still shorter than Apollo.
She also wears: dark boot-cut jeans;
A white, collared, buttoned top with sleeves not quite reaching the elbow;
And a green vest or jacket.
She is a child prodigy.
She is really smart. Like Hawking smart.
She always has her dog, Phoenix, with her.
Phoenix is either a black lab or a golden retriever, purebred.
Monika's biggest hobby is dog shows.
She rarely loses her temper, unless it has to do with court or her trusty dog;
However, she does get annoyed at "stupid people" quite easily.
She chews on the tip of her glasses when she's nervous.
If she's proven wrong, her hair poofs out, knocking her glasses onto the ground.
When she's bored, she does her homework... during the trial.
When she's confident, she stands with her arms crossed, eyes closed, one eyebrow up, and smiling.
Oh, and Monika is ADDICTED to some kind of soda... maybe root beer?
"I'm just a kid" is never an excuse for her.
She's a POWERFUL force in court, watch out!
Her attitude towards Apollo is similar to the way Franziska treats Phoenix Wright, minus the whipping.
Every so often, she uses a phrase with huge, complicated words in it. Then Apollo gets confused and she smiles and says, "Exactly!"
Right after that, she explains the remark's meaning and the trial continues.

- She'll have medium long dyed hair and will touch it occasionally. Maybe even glasses or shades, and if she has those she'll clean them while thinking.
- She dresses simply, mostly in a primary colour, and she won't show off very much skin (More than Franny but less than Mia)
- She will push the Judge around, but not as clearly as the Von Karmas or Dahlia.
- She will have an interest in a sport, whether that be watching it or playing it - and she will occasionally drag in a story to prove her point.
- She has no appriciation for modern or digital art. Inside her office, she will have a framed photo of a flower, lake, building or bridge, and she won't like it. Maybe she only keeps it there because it hides a dent in the wall or a bloodstain from a past crime or something.
- Unlike practically every other prosector in the game, she will have no ties to Apollo before she became a prosecuting attorney. She will, however, have had a tragic memory that inspired her to hate criminals - maybe she was one or maybe a close loved one was hurt by one. Maybe it was her who hurt her loved one.
- At the end of the game, she will apologize to Apollo for being selfish for some reason.
- She cries at one point in the game. Maybe while apologizing to Apollo.
- She will also have something tied around her neck, like a necklace or a scarf or a tie.
- When she looses, she sulks. When she wins, she doesn't gloat but does something extremely weird and unusual. (Like, does a victory dance or recites a bit of poetry or even gets out a notebook and scribbles something down, beaming the whole while.)
- She has a wide vocabulary because one of her relatives is a librarian.
- She has a pet of some sort. She is either completely smitten with it or detests its existance entirely.
- She likes getting a guilty verdict, but she is secretly happy when an innocent person goes free.
- She will constantly insist that one defendant is guilty, and nothing will change her mind, even if the subject is brought up in a later case.

- The new prosecutor will be female.
- She will be older than Apollo, but only slightly. About two years older.
- As such she will act rather patronising towards him at times, taking every opportunity to mock him for his youth.
- Her outift will be rather girly, and will involve patterns (checked, tartan or gingham).
- Her outfit will include a dungaree-style dress (dress with short skirt and braces).
- Her hair will be cut short and simple, and she will be a natural redhead.
- She will be of no relation to any of the defense or prosecution teams, old and new.
- She will secretly have a crush on Apollo, and hates how much Klavier is adored.
- She will become fast friends with Ema (the two both share the view that Klavier is a "Glimmerous Fop") and Ema will help her with her scientific investigations.

Now about the way she looks.
Her outfit will not feature a skirt but pants, probably black or some other dark color, perhaps woolen.
Her shirt will be a dark blue and she will wear some sort of neck tie, maybe a ribbon? it will be a contrasting color to her shirt. Over her shirt she will have a sweater vest or jacket of some kind. It may be masculine looking but will still show off her femininity. She will have very little jewelry or make up on. Her hair is long but will always be tied back into a bun of some sort, ready for business.

but a few differences. His color scheme will not be light purple/pink, but a cheap looking brown. He will not be very bright, and will get extremely lucky when prosecuting. He will be a partial-villain in the last case,Spoiler:

I think it's unanimous that it'll be female. I was tempted at first to think that it'll be Von Karma's sumthin sumthin daughter(The six-year old with the dog named Pheonix, in 1-4), but perhaps not. That's all I have for an idea. She'd prolly be too young here. It kinda fits with what everyone else is sayin too, but I'd assume they'd make a new character for it...
I'm tempted to say that Edgey will be the prosecutor for the last case, if that hasn't been said already.

-The new prosecutor will be female.
-She will most likely be in her early twenties (21 or 22, I think).
-She will have red hair, probably strawberry-blonde. It will be sort of long.
-She will dress in a very dark shade of emerald green.
-She will wear a knee-length skirt and jacket/blazer in that shade of green.
-She will wear a scarf, most likely white or cream-colored.
-She will have pierced ears.
-She will not wear glasses. If she does wear them, they are for reading only, and she does not need them constantly.
-Her shoes will not be fancy. They will be a simple pair of heels.
-She will be of normal build. Not skinny, but not fat either.
-She will not have met Apollo before the first case she prosecutes against him. However, she will have heard of him. She will also have heard of Phoenix. She has likely met Phoenix before.
-She will not have a physical weapon, but she will have an icy glare which stops most defense attorneys (including Apollo) in their tracks.
-She will write in her spare time.
-She is in control of her emotions, which makes her appear to be a total ice queen.
-She will do almost anything to win. (There are some things she won't do. She has boundaries.)
-The judge will be somewhat scared of her. (This is pretty much a given no matter who we wind up with. The judge is kind of a wimp.)
-She will have a pet. It will be a cat.
-By the end of the game (probably some time before the final case), she will have become friends (kind of) with Apollo.
-She will be involved in the last case of the game, but not as a prosecutor. The case will revolve around a close relative (probably brother or sister, I'm thinking sister) of hers. She will be to emotionally involved to prosecute, so she will refuse to take the case if it is offered to her.
-This is random, but the last case will be fought against a pre-existing prosecutor. (I hope it's Edgeworth or Franzy.)

- The new prosecutor will be female.
- She will be a young adult (18-22 years old) but will look like she is in her early teens.
- She will be very short (under 150cm) and quite skinny.
- She will dress and act like a guy.
- She will wear a very scruffy outfit, mostly black, white and grey, which is far too casual for court. This outfit will include ripped jeans and trainers.

For Starters I think the Prosecutor will be a Woman of Latin decent. She's in her Mid 20's and is commonly known as the "Fiery Latin Heat!" in the Prosecutor's office. She would be related to Deigo being his cousin and her family said that it would be great to follow in his footsteps.
She'll be a dancer of a Latin feverish dance (like the Tango) and where a business suit that suits her firey Latin style. She'll also have a Rose in her hair that she'll use to throw at Apollo just leading him to say (I guess every rose does have its thorns). She'll also be kinda Bi-Polar. She'll be nice when you see her field investigating and then the Latin Flair will come out when she enters the court room.
She'd have brown skin like Deigo and long brown hair which is so long, when a penalty is served for for presenting wrong evidence she'll do a hardcore spin, thus hitting him with her hair. She'll wear a suit much like Adrian Andrews that shows off her Latin body. She'll have chestnut brown eyes that are very beautiful and the Judge will be enamored by it, but she'll not like it.
Lastly She'll say Phrases in Spanish ( like tu puta madre and ai dios mio) when she's put into a corner or just plain upset and her flower will wilt away when she thinks that all is over.

But, my serious guess is a woman.
She acts childish when she is mad.
She probably throws something like water balloons at Apollo when she is mad. =P
She is great friends with Ema,
but HATES Apollo and Trucy.
Her objection would be a cross between Mia's and Franziska's
When she objects she smiles very big at Apollo for a while
and the judge will have to yell her name.
She will wear some kind of eye wear ( glasses, etc. )
She has long brown hair.
When Phoenix
sees her it will remind him of Maya and Mia.

I think GS5's prosector will be a woman.
That peson will have some sort of connection to one of the cast members of GS[Phoenix Wright Era].
The person will be a prodiogyin the Prosucors office.
They will make fun of Apollo's hair at some point during the game.
She will want to crush Apollo the 1st time they met in court.
They will have some sort of signature[ex. Von Karama's Whip, or Godot's coffe].
Her outfit will be green.
She will have long hair.
She will have some sort of a past[sort of like Edgeworth]
She willl have her own sort of cath phrase or say something periodically during the game.
They will be younger than Apollo.
