Near the end of the final trial when gumshoe delivers the medicence bottle, Then phoneix pretends it contains the posion that was used to kill the victim , could that be considored forgerying evidence becasue some people seem to think so and i am just wondering. Even thought he didnt actully make it and just pretended it was sumthing it wasnt does it still count as forging
Also i am surpised Godot just didnt Object since he knew wat was really inside the bottle

I guess unless the prosecution(or a witness... 1-5) actually goes out of their way to prove it's illegal evidence, it isn't.

Hey, it was a Bluff, and Tigre fell for it, if I nrecall, Phoenix actually thought of the fact that he'd be in trouble if someone called him on it, but went ahead with it anyway, no one call him on it, and thus, la dee da, he's home free.
