Powes:None,but he's the leader of C.O.C.O.!

Powers: Invisibility, Non-corporeal, can fly.... sorta.
Root_beer_junkie: Scapegoat
Power: Absorbs damage from any attack; if he isn't KO'd, deals all absorbed damage to whoever he hits next. He's pretty tough since it takes a lot to KO him.
Other: Works alongside another villain, probably his boss and preferably a strong one. The boss beats up Scapegoat, then sends him into a fight to do the dirty work. Or something like that.
IrisWright: Sangoku(Female)
Power: Forcefield, Is able to fly freeze people shoot frozen balls at people (lol).
Other: Is this guys boss (XD) Not a member of W.H.A.T another villain association called ACK! (:D) A Clever Kill (Wow tht was gay)
Tooth_Paste_Kisses: AeroDynamik
Secret Identity: Ruthie
Powers: Flying with wings and superspeed. Can run on water.
Suihou: Arcani(Female)
Power: Able to transform into a small to medium animal.
Other: An ex-member of W.H.A.T., now works alone. Using her ability to blend into the environment, it's easy for her to spy on others. ))
Luneth Dark:Chronos(refuses to be called anything else)
age:15((although i'm 13 in real life lol))
Power:can speed himself up or slow down himself and his surroundings((only for an amount of time.he cannot rewind or fast foward time))
Life info-the ex right hand man of the leader from the Time Beasts gang.He lived his whole life on the streets due to his parents thinking hes a "freak".He joined the Time Beasts at a young age for food but left at the age of 13 once they started commiting serious crimes,
Time beasts-a group of people who have to the power like Chronos.They formed up fearing the goverment might use them
Allan's Aokage: Aokage
Power: He is a Red Dragon Laguz of Goldoa. In other words, he can transform into a large red dragon at any time he wants, thanks to the power of the Skill Formshift.
Secret Identity: Allan's shadow.
Others: It's easier to understand if you've played Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.
Allan's Aokage:Allan
Age:17
Gender: Male
Power: Like Aokage, he is a laguz. However, he shifts into a cat. He can 'halfshift' - He can shift anytime, but is weakened doing so.
Allan's Aokage: Eleanor
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Power: Another laguz. She shifts into a raven. She also wields Wildheart.
Zeronos: Sonic Beetle
Power: Uses a tachyon-powered suit to fight. Utilizes a pocket dimension-linked device to transform into his hero form--is powerless without it. When transformed, he has access to a tri-form weapon, along with super strength, and super speed in short durations.
Other: Is not a member of C.O.C.O.A., but could probably be swayed into joining.
PhoenixTears:Tear-Dtop
Power: Healing, has some strength, but not super-strength. He can set fire to things.)
Other: Member of C.O.A.C.A. He wears a blue suit witha silver tear-like necklace, which gives him his healing powers.

AeroDynamik was flying fast above the city. If anyone had looked up, she would be a blur, so sometimes, early in the morning, she would swoop down below and have a great time. Until she stopped looking where she was going and crashed into a wall. "Ow... My head..." Gustice decided to check out the city,just to make sure there was no trouble going on.He put on his suit(a hi-tech,and slim ant-like armor),and went to his roof.Becuase of his superstrength,he could easily jump from rooftop to rooftop.

A small shape, jumping from one roof to another caught its attention, it seemed, as with a flutter of its black wings, the crow made its way into the blue sky and began discreetly following a certain superhero... *

The police are on the way, but the public are advised to stay away. Thank you, and on to the weather... Without thinking, Ruthie put on her t-shirt and a hat, and the mask she wore at Halloween. Here we go! she thought, flying out the window. It felt good to be outside, her wings pumping against the air, and the wind streaking past her face at full speed. AeroDynamik was on the way.

Inside,Shrink-G noticed that every single person was on the ground,hands on their heads.The entire bank was trashed,the vault holding all of the money was busted open.......But no sign of the Robbers.....Shrink-G thought.

Nat stopped and saw Shrink-G, so he assumed there was someone near him, then Nat saw a kid with a bag over his shoulder, "Aha." Nat decided he'd go invisible, chase after the kid, help G man out. He put on his mask, a cheap plain white thing, then gave chase.
