For the uninformed, Zero Punctuation is a review column that's part of The Escapist, which is an online video game news magazine. It's headed by columnist Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw, a British-born news writer who reviews video games with a sharp, witty, unrelenting tongue, often finding a truckload of ways to bash on the worst of the worst while not sounding too serious or hateful (but you know he hates the game with a passion anyway). His reviews can be described as "comedic but true" and he has a charming, gut-busting sense of humor and satire.

There's quite a few people who don't like Brawl. =\ The fact sucks, really. Brawl is awesome, no matter what way you look at it.

his high-pitched british accent, the way his 'reviews' are extremely fast paced as well as his visuals, and his overuse of the word "gay" with negative connotations all piss me off. but most aggravating of all is how his videos are posted all over the damn place with "lol dis is so funny" in the fucking comments. he is NOT CLEVER. stop boosting his already over-inflated ego.

In my defense, I have calmed down in recent months.
Actually, I disagree. While he focuses almost exclusively on the negative aspects of a game (even if he likes it, i.e. No More Heroes), he does it in a pretty entertaining way that can often be genuine (sometimes thought out) criticism.
