I was talking to my friend who is riving home from another state, and since theor phone's about to die, they're going to have to wait to charge it before we can talk again.

Due to some loophole, you can be summoned by a channeler while you are channeling. Gant knew how to channel spirits, and channeled Pearl. But Gant's instincts affected Pearl.
