I think it's pretty good. The face isn't the best, but I couldn't have done it better myself.
XD I had absolutely no idea how to go about the face D: Everytime I tried to make the eyes smaller and such and make them simpler, it looked funny D:

I use Paint.net for editing the frames and Easy GIF Animator 4 for animating it.
Anyways, I noticed a glitch and I'm going to fix it right now...

The eyes still look rather weird, must say, I tried to edit them to look more fitting, but she didn't look surprised after I did. :< I can show my version if you want, though.
Not bad, but it's visible that you worked harder on the bellboy one. I know that eyes are a hard part to do, especially in smillies, but I think they don't quite fit the smilie. Plus, one thing: the cap's upper part is cut out, it seems.
