As Kristoph mentioned the so called rumor, Klavier couldn't help but snicker at it. Was Kristoph reading his mind? This has got to start a fight, but he couldn't help but laugh. He turned to the door, to hide the fact he was laughing, despite the fact that his shoulders were slightly bouncing.

He smiled as the young defence attorney arrived. Well, here's the kid, doing errands for everyone, like a good boy.

Kristoph measued the situation. "Klaver, go help Apollo set up the new machine. And make sure Franziska doesn't kill him." Kristoph mock commanded. It would do those two some good to spend some time together.

Before Klavier could walk off, Kristoph pulled him back. "Remember, I tought you to play nice with the other children. So....play nice." Kristoph said.

As he heard his brother's voice, he jumped a bit. Then he felt a force smacking him on the head. "Agh! W- What are you talking about, bruder?" Klavier shot back, rubbing the back of his head, and was starting to lose his cool. "I- I was being nice! It was a friendly joke!"

You should know that by now!, he thought, slightly jealous that Kristoph was being so protective more to Apollo then to his own brother. Was this kid more important to him? Klavier began to worry, only a little bit.

(( I really want to draw a comic with Krissi doing that now. The image in my head as I read that was classic.))

Maya gulped as all the things that happened around her. Great, first Apollo goes to get the coffee machine without letting me come along... Maya thought grudgingly. She glanced at the scene that she saw between the brothers. Interesting... it's as if Kristoph regards Apollo like an even younger brother...

Seeing that Franziska and Nick weren't doing anything, Maya quickly walked away from then and towards an empty cubicle. Luckily for her, whoever sat at this cubicle, he or she had already logged on. She grinned and went online. Nothing seemed to be happening; Nick still hadn't told her what exactly he wanted her to do and she couldn't care less about Franziska's "predicament". It wasn't like Franziska ever asked her for any favors. Still, part of her was curious as to this "classified case" Franziska talked about that Miles begged her to be a part of...

Maya shrugged and logged onto a forum for fans of the Samurai series. Thank goodness I'm not dying to get a cup of coffee, she thought, pleased.

Franziska glared at Kristoph, slashing her whip down at the carpet floor, leaving a small windy echo in her path. "Those two cases did not count," she proclaimed. "They were a mess to begin with. Spirits and a foolish fool hardy circus act. There was no realistic value to them and so they do not realistically exist."

Then the small boy, one Apollo Justice. "Five dollars, hmm?" She pondered. With such a big bill she knew that there would be some form of change. Five was a very minimum value of that though as she expecting the boy to come back with at least $25 dollars back. "Very well, fix up the machine and give me back the change. I will be needing it to buy coffee."

What are you talking about? I don't hate everyone! ...Well, there was that one guy in law school, and Daryan can be a pain sometimes... He trailed off for a bit till a voice broke his train of thought.

"Are you sure? I can help you, er... A- Apollo..." He said, trying to be 'nice' to the guy, while inching away from Kristoph and his right arm. This wasn't what he had planned for the morning. It would have been better if he was teasing Apollo without being watched over, but life is never easy.

Then, that horrible crack of a whip struck his eardrums. Looks like that woman doesn't know the meaning of good sportsmanship. Klavier judged, even though he's ignoring the fact that he's been called a perfectionist himself.

Franziska brightened in amusement. Especially coming from the young boys in the room. Apollo Justice reminded her of her little brother's dog- loving to play fetch at any moment and hated to be teased about anything. Klavier Gavin made Franziska think that Kristoph Gavin himself was very similar to his own little brother when he was at that young age.

Her eyes turned to find Maya Fey was gone from sight. So she ran off to avoid the line of fire, hmm? Franziska mused on the idea of pursuing the girl but decided against it, citing in her mind that the reasons to follow her would be outright foolishly fool-hardily foolish.

Maya kept checking over her shoulder to make sure that no one was watching her as she made post after post on the Samurai forums. She was updating her rather popular fanfic about the Steel Samurai and the Pink Princess when she heard Franziska's approval over the change given to her from Apollo.

Either he's one lucky dog... or Franziska feels sorry for him Maya thought, smirking. She just sent her latest chapter to her fanfic when suddenly she thought she felt a slight tremor...

Finally, after near hard labor of setting up the darned, coffeemaker.. everything was prepared. Apollo rose up and breathed in with satisfaction.

He inhaled again, and let it out again, as he followed suit with Krissi, and took off his hat, which showed that indeed, he still had his spikes, and his sweater, with a white shirt underneath. He stretched out his legs, smiling in relaxation.

So Kristoph and Phoenix were no where in the office, it seemed to Apollo. But Apollo was the kind of person who was always expecting an order or command, and he was to follow it. Kristoph usually told Apollo where he was going if he had to leave unexpectedly.

This time Mr. Gavin hadn't.

"I'll just go and find them, maybe." Apollo decided and walked out of the office, going down the hall and simply searching. When he had found them, Apollo froze in surprise.

"M-mr. Gavin? Phoenix? What are you..."

Klavier laughed as he saw Apollo's work. "Herr Forehead, I'm impressed! You didn't need my help in the end!" He joked to himself, before freezing and looking around for Krissi. I'm not being watched anymore? He thought as he relaxed.

He looked back as Apollo seemed confused. "Where'd who go?" He asked himself, half expecting who he was talking about. As Apollo wandered out, Klavier became curious. Should he go? Or should he stay?

The sunshine had also started getting Phoenix's head, as he slightly chuckled. "Nice to meet you, Apollo," he said, as he took another puff. The day was certainly one to experience, the side effects and all, and Nick was enjoying every minute of it.

Apollo pushed his index finger against his forehead, in thought. Weed was certainly not allowed, yet Apollo was somewhat stressed. For years he had been mocked and bullied, even as an young adult. That and he liked Mr. Gavin and Phoenix, not to mention Mr. Gavin, despite being high, had offered nicely.

But what if he was caught? Some decisions were hard for the rookie kid, namely himself.

"I still don't know.." He had finally answered.

He then began to laugh at his reference of the infamous Queens of the Stone Age song, as he relaxed even more in his chair.

As the coffee maker was being set up Franziska had wandered the halls boredly. She originally wanted to place the case files she brought for Kristoph Gavin on his desk but failed to find his office in the maze of the offices. While wandering around she made it back to her previous location and noticed both him and Phoenix Wright had disappeared from where she last saw them.

Probably went to discuss their next poker game or...wait a moment. What was the terrible stench? Franziska never smelled anything like it. It smelt revolting and made her want to throw up. Nothing really smelled that way to her ever and now it was coming from nowhere. Suddenly Apollo Justice came from the kitchen and started to go towards the stench and decided to quietly follow his trail.

And thats when she was met with this disgraceful sight. She alerted the smokers and one jumpy assistant of her presence as she laid her back on a wall leading to the hallway where the illegal activities were taking place with a whip crack to the carpet ground again. Soon after she came from her spot and into all threes line of sight. She was about to question where the smell was coming from when she saw a small poorly wrapped stick in Kristoph Gavin's hand. She didn't study the substance since she didn't deal with many drug-related cases as a criminal prosecutor but she did recognize its form.

"Are you two smoking marijuana?" She slowly spat at the two, her hand fastening over the handle of her whip tightly. "Smoking nicotine is one thing, but an illegal substance!"

Her eyes shot over to Apollo Justice and in one quick move she grabbed his left wrist, before he could even take the joint stick, with her free right hand and made a teeth-clenching frown. "Where is there a phone in this dump?" she whispered to him questioningly. She had forgotten her cell phone at the office since there wasn't any real hope she would even stick around this place too long.
