I'm sorry for perhaps registering for this single post, but I felt I needed to share it more and that, well, you guys would probably be the ones to appreciate it the most. I whipped this up yesterday, having some fun, and it gave a pretty neat result. It's nothing huge though, and it certainly isn't up to par with the Jazz soundtrack.

I can't take too much credit for it, as I only did the arranging (not the composing, unfortunately.. I'm terrible)

And yeah, it's not the same thing. I understand that.. it's not the original, it's not the jazz version.. it's just mine. I've been listening to it too much recently, though.

I know you only arranged it, I thought about making a better ending or making some new tunes just to get the awful endless loop thing with this song. But I am afraid you could have done much better job with more attention to details and more creativity- and one more thing, everytime you get a part completed check how it sound overall with another person, sometimes people are blinded by their own creations. And like we flashers say, always flip the drawing horiziontlly to see most slips.
and like I said earlier, I just don't think you caught the essence of this brilliant song.
Let's see what I don't like:

- Too fast
- Some useless adds that makes it sound corny
- Nothing unusual and refreshing that actually makes the new arrangment worth.

Who said I thought it was a flame? It's all fun and games, really. I was just acknowledging both replies I got. I should've pointed it out, but the first sentence was mostly aimed at root_beer_junkie.

But yeah, I guess I should've checked and all that, but then again, it's just something I whipped up. I wasn't caring all that much about it. I'm just really proud of what came out afterall. Nice criticism, though.

Edit: I've done two, slightly improved and extended versions that you should check out if you're interested. One is just a slightly updated extended version of the previous song(some bad sounding parts were fixed/removed) and the other is.. an extended special version.

Do note I.. tried certain weird things on the Special version. I sorta don't like it as much as it's not as polished as I'd like it to be, I'm afraid.

I personally thought that it wasn't bad, but seemed off in a different way. Hmm...maybe I'm just used to one sax.
