Anyways... All of the following are from volume one of the manga version of Sakura Taisen.
. My sister said that Ogamis looks like Larry, but I don't really think so.
She doesn't look anything like T&T's Iris (Her hair's blonde) and 
doesn't really have any spirtual powers, but I still thought it was interesting none-the-less.About the power:
The spiritual powers in the English version of the manga are referred to as "Reiryoku" meaning spiritual/soul power. You don't get to see or find out about much of it in the first book*, only that Iris can read minds and move things via telekintics and that Ogami has it too.
* I have only read the first book
I would scan more pics of Kayama but I get lazier by the day in summer. If you really want more there's always google images. Or you could go buy the book. I don't care.

EDIT: Come to think of it, Elsee acts a lot like Pearl in that she needlessly tries to pair up the protagonist against his will (except in this case, it's a matter of life or death). And she cleans the protagonist's house (or in Nick's case office)
