The receptionist smiled at the young, but not too young girl. "And, what can I do for you today?"

Lana looked up from her work. She abruptly stood up, walked over, and opened the door. "Hello, Mr. Power. Nice to see you here. Come in."

She gave a curious glance to Kirby and Darke, then shut the door quietly, not wanting to interupt.

"What can I help you with today?" she said taking her seat behind the desk and motioning for Power to sit on the large leather couch in front of her desk.

Lana stared straight foward for a few seconds while thinking, then responded. "Well, Detective Power, I'll have you know, you might not be doing much of any detective work, but when something does come up, you will have to work very hard. The oddest things happen in my Offices."

She smiled. "Are you prepared for that, Detective?"

((Sorry I didn't respond, Kirby! :( I'll be on the computer a lot more over the next few weeks, I promise! To answer your question, he's just my antagonist. He hates Lana Skye, Edgeworth, etc. for getting his brother killed, and, well, he's basically a good guy consumed by hatred (thats sounds pretty poetic, huh?).

As for the romance, well, I wanted to hide it really, but it's a bit too late for that :P . Teh4444, I guess if you want, we could go ahead with it... well, whatever you want, I guess. Although, actually... I could just be seeing things, but it seems a bit like Darzie is coming onto Lana a bit. Again, maybe I'm just being paranoid, but if you'd like to do that, Darzie, I certainly give you permission. A little competition, lol. I dunno.))
