I just beaten MGA and that game final boss is annoying when you have to keep Teliko alive cause she worthless during the fight and if she dies it game over instead of the usual out of action(well she can be good it just that first time through you mostly don't have a good deck for her to knock out 500hp of the boss). 2nd phases is even worst though I don't know destroying the 4 rods will just make the beam stop or will it do damage to the boss. So basically during her turn I ether pass or heal.
SRT:OG bosses. A lot of hp, do low damage to them and they can kill you in one hit.

I'd have to say either Dark Star (I don't want to spoil it) on Bitter in the game No More Heroes
or Onox in The Legend of Zelda - Oravle of Seasons. They both annoy me because I keep losing and I have to replay the battle like 13215313 times.

I also hated Biolizard in Sonic Adventure 2.
Some stuff in the after-game dungeon of Radiata Stories, because if you die you're set back, like, 2141345 million years of gameplay.

How Rabid? I am almost willing to kill someone to get the sequel... And I remembered the annoying optional bosses at the cursed book! Matter of fact, the whole damn book was annoying! And I just realized I had a major typo! Just fixed it though!

So rabid...that I don't believe in the sequel. I'm a purist.
(in reality, I'm waiting to see how it sounds when it comes out. I actually repudiated the canon ending because my favorite characters were Grand Cardinals, and I chose to re-imagine the game with them living :P)

AAAAAAAAARGH. He was impossible, even on Sweet. I had to use a cheat device to render him lifeless in one shot, and even then it took me five hours.
I blame the Disaster Blaster. That's nearly impossible to dodge.

Also, in EVERY SINGLE KINGDOM HEARTS GAME, whenever you fight Riku, it's ALWAYS really hard and annoying. >_> Especially in CoM, counting Riku Replica.
And AAAAARGHHH TABUUUUUUU
And in Shadow of the Colossus there was that small fast Colossus... the one that you had to scare off the precipice with a torch. That was SO EFFING ANNOYING. I almost stopped playing the game before I finally beat it. >_<
Yunalesca in FFX was a headache for a loooooong time. And I freaking hated Seymour Flux. D<
"Canned Heat" on Sweatin' in Elite Beat Agents is proving to be really frustrating. D: I still haven't gotten past it.
And I know it's not a boss, but I'm sure almost everyone who's played Okami has been tempted to throw their controller across the room at some point when faced with a BLOCKHEAD!!! I've met people who haven't been able to finish the game because they couldn't get past the Blockhead at Oni Island.
