CantFaketheFunk had been murdered.
He was found in front of his computer completely blue-faced while his computer was still on. The police immediately investigated the computer and saw hundreds of yaoi pictures (but they didn't clarify which pairings it involved) and they decided to call Wooster to identify this matter. Wooster found out there were traces of a virus called Croik which had invaded Funk's computer with rather scarring yaoi pictures.
The police immediately arrested Croik. Holy Hell was furious and he/she decided to take revenge by convicting her as a prosecutor.
But remember: If Croik got convicted, there would be no Court Records. So someone had to stand up and defend her. My dream went kinda blur so I don't reckon to get that point.
I, Happiness Punch!, was the one who reported the sad news to these forums, creating sad faces (especially EdgeworthFangirl). Though some members were not different that day, causing suspicion. Who, exactly? I'm not telling. The dream made me a witness.
So, then I woke up. Unfortunately.
So, so far we have:
Defense Attorney: ---
Prosecutor: Holy Hell
Defendant: Croik
Detective: ---
Victim: CantFaketheFunk
Witnesses: Happiness Punch! (should be more witnesses)
Location of Death: In front of Funk's computer.
Cause of Death: Bad mental images.
Murder Weapon: Computer filled with a Yaoi-virus called Croik
(Possible Motive: Envy over postcount)
Discuss. So who could've done it?

Croik couldn't have done it, since Croik is a patroness of both Yaoi and Yuri (I think). There also aren't any pieces of decisive evidence... yet! If there were more info on what exactly linked Croik to the murder, or any proof that Croik herself, and not some evil twin from a negative universe who obviously wants to blackmail Croik, did it. Elaboration is needed on this matter.
So who's going to defend Croik, anyway? Naruhodou, Odoroki, or Chihiro? I think it depends on the case, really. If it were a normal murder, Naruhodou or Odoroki would suffice. However, this one involved death via a virus. That means only Chihiro
Then again, the cause of death itself is suspicious. Death by means of mentally-scarring images? Bizarre, to say the least. Did CFTF die from shock? Blood loss from dilated corneas? Implosion of brain by bursting of neurons due to said mentally-scarring image?
As for other suspects, well, judging from the given info, there really isn't much to go on, other than the whole "Croik virus" deal. Anyone could've done it. Hell, even I could've done it, though that's highly unlikely.
... Wow, I'm reading into this too much. :/

Yeah, the dream was a little unclear
- Well, the first autopsy report didn't clarify what exactly happened to Funk. It takes a day or two to know the real reason.
- As for evidence, investigating the other members computer would help because at least someone had created the virus. But what if they suspected Croik because she sent the virus via e-mail or something? We need a detective to clarify this.

And there in lies the rub.
The virus was sent via e-mail from Croik's e-mail address, but is there any proof that Croik herself sent the virus? Like fingerprints on her keyboard or something. (If her computer's accessible for investigation, that is.) Then the only problem would be, "Who created the virus"?

Kyahhh! What are you doing with our evidence?! I thought I left that transcript down at the precinct. Holy Hell's gonna find some way to cut my pay... ahhh, shit.But now that it's out in the open, I may as well elaborate on it. In this thread exists at least one pic of yuri. Not only that, but it consists of CFTF's favorite pairing, Friskian! This seems to clear LoG almost completely, and after a preliminary scan of his post record, no clear motive was found.
Unless any more evidence is found, it looks like LoG will be released from the Detention Center.

I saw Phoenix looking around some apartment building, I think I was there and it was dark. From the best that I can remember Phoenix left to go party while I figure out the rest of the crime. I knew the killer was still around somewhere, so I was carefull. Finally I had came to room where I knew everything would become clear if I just opened it up. Phoenix came back, and when I touched the door knob I woke up....hate when there's no finish on a dream.
