@Gummy - the sporting side of me has been considering that too. Since before the order to use it was PM'd. But I didn't think the amounts of failure in this game would be a giant meta-problem at the time that the decision was made.
Then again, I didn't think reviving P_A in a Night Phase rather than a Day Phase would be trouble, either. But that's how hindsight always is...
