Gregory parked and got out of his modest car slowly. Two years in this town, and he'd never been to its club. He'd lived in Spain for the majority of his life, but moved recently and knew much better English in his opinion. He took his time walking to the door and got admission without hassle, and was a little shocked at the sudden volume of music and disco bright lights. He sat by the bar to get used to everything, and maybe someone would come along. This was America, so he imagined that there would be a few girls who would keep him company, as well as friends.
