UNLESS!!!!!
What if they bring a new rooky prosecutor into the first case, and the judge explains to him how the court system works, so the players get the benefit of the tutorial as well.
It's lame, but it's all I've got.

I dont think they should have one, just have a serious trial explaining things along the way. I always find it a waste of story to do them... Well in the first 2, but I guess later on it became more relevant.

it would be nice to have a smarter judge, but i still like this one since he's clueless. but he always gives the right verdict the fair way. no it would be better to have a more modern and tougher judge. this judge always gives in to the prosecutor and doesn't know what a computer does.

I wish for a new, upcoming Prosecutor scenario, but you know they're not going to do that, so I vote... defendant is a law student, and constantly asks/tells Apollo what to do.

Maybe... Oh, I got it! Apollo travels to Germany for a case but as we all know, he doesn't like heights and gets airsick. But his plane is delayed and it's pretty much AIRPORT->COURTROOM with no time to recover... that's how he can be nauseous for the whole nausea/hungover thing!

Apollo may have to be reassesed by some state body of lawyers thing (yes, i made it up) after they accuse Apollo of Corruption and Falsification

and he has some random examiner man/woman next to him saying stuff like,

"Mr Justice, presenting the wrong evidence results in a penalty... this isn't good Mr Justice..."

"You do know how the Court Record works don't you? I will mark you down for this."

Then, In the end the killer gets sentanced to prison and your client is free, you pass the assesment.

Only problem...one could argue that Udgy, in all his loveable cluelessness, doesn't really know what the heck he or anyone else is supposed to do anyways, so him not knowing court procedures...might not have such a big impact on the game :yuusaku:

I find four tutorial cases are enough, thank you. They should be giving us the chance to skip all the "Press the Court Record Button that you don't see at all on your "desk" there" stuff.

Here's a change... why not just have teh case start off with a PROSECUTOR'S case, like :kyouya:

Then in teh second case we go back to being Apollo?
Or just make GS5 Prosecutor specific anyway.

I think that's as simple as it needs to be... just stating the rules because of the change from the Jurist System, whether it's because of that or an informational video or whatever.
