Another cheat-tactic I used was I transformed the gun, using GIMP, to change the angle of the gun. I had to kinda fix it a miniscule amount, though, for quality's sakes. I'm amazed that the quality is still there...So, yeah, I didn't draw that at all...

Cutman has had a kind of impact in CR.
About the only real impact 300 has had is the creation of...
Weegee is just an internet fad that has no real impact on CR and D@mn is just another attempt at recreating Cutman's rise to CR fame but with no real use.
If I was the one making the decision I'd add Cutman and not the others.
I don't have that ability on CR so I can't do anything.
Adds Cutman and Jar-O-Dirt to MR because I can. =P.

Obviously they shouldn't be added, there's no argument there! The reason I personally wouldn't want Cutman here is for the simply fact that it's a sprite, not a smiley. That's all really, a Mega Man smiley on a fansite for a Capcom-made game seems rather unavoidable.
edit: I just saw that the fixed GUILTY/NOT GUILTY animations hasn't been uploaded.
I'll post them again.
