(Welcome to The Revolution! In this RP, America, in its bloodlust, (lol) has taken over all of Europe, and the countries are fighting back. To join, pick either side of the conflict, and from there, you can pick the group you want to join, or make your own. Remember, diffirent resistance groups are underground, and branch out to any country in Europe, depending on size. Those interested, sign up. Name, Nationality, Group, and anything else you want.)

Background: When America took over, Firestorm gathered what was left of North and Southern Ireland's army and the IRA remenants, and formed a resistance dedicated to winning back Ireland-all of it.
Appearance: Wears combat clothes cut off at the sleeves. Has black hair slicked back in a Matt Enguarde like style. Carries a Desert Eagle 24/7, one of the reasons why he wears an eyepatch-the gun discharged while it was under his pillow. Also has a military double edged knife.
Personality: Ridiculously sarcastic, with a very bad attitude, but unmatched when it comes to commanding his forces and close combat.

2011. America invades England on July 2, and takes over the country within three months on nuclear threats. That was what began the war. March 14, 2018, the U.S.A takes Poland, cementing their victory. "Bloody yankee twat! Get out of England!" The people shouted. Of course, they never really imagined violence against anyone; threats were enough. One man, however, did what most only imagined. He started a rebellion, inspiring all of Europe to fight. The Revolt had begun.

A delivery truck of the American Arms Trade Asso. entered a top-secret U.S bunker on March 20, carrying high powered explosives and two American corpses. The driver showed his ID and went in, parked, and exited. He went around, got a hose, and siphoned gas out of the tank and near the weapons depot. Then he lit a match, threw it in, and walked away, a smile on his face from hearing the explosion. Charles also heard the roar of his comrades on the way to victory. (Something like this.)

Yameshi saw an explosion not too far away from where she was. She looked at her map to see what was nearby. There was nothing on there, since it was secret, but she realized what must have been there in order for it not to be on a map. Yameshi sighed. Another rebel group. Probably one that will fail in less than a month. Like most rebel groups. Just walk away before anyone notices you.

As the Americans scrambled to find out what was going on, Charles jumped on a U.S transport truck heading for a nearby town to alert the militia. However, upon entering the town, the truck exploded violently, and Charles had put his coat on and slipped through the stunned crowd. Another explosion by another rebel group who thinks they accomplished something. Why can't I go anywhere without some sort of explosion happening? Yameshi was sure the man she saw was the leader of that rebel group. Somehow, she always winds up being near them. She watched him enter the base, and was sure he would announce the so-called victory. Yameshi knew they didn't do anything but piss off the Americans. If the Americans did not know who the leader of the group or where the group was, they would take it out on the townsfolk. Burning cities, capturing civilians... Those people would have been cheering at first, but they did not know what was going to happen to them.

"So that's what happened, sir," Charles finished. Colonel Redford grunted. He scratched his head and thought, then asked, "Wait... How would you know this?" The soldiers tensed up, armed, but Charles calmly answered, "I know because I did it, sir." He smirked, but Redford barked, "You think you're real clever, huh?!" Charles laughed. "Yes I do." Suddenly, a truck slammed through the wall and armed rebels emerged, firing wildly. Afterwards, Charles went out announced, "Ladies and gentlemen, it has begun."

An American convoy neared the town to investigate a radio transmission from one soldier. The rebels tensed up, but Charles just smiled. He took an AK-47 and used it as a baton to 'conduct' the next performance. Not one to be unprepared, he planted C4 in most of the cars and the facility. The first truck exploded and the others followed spectacularly. Finally, the depot across the horizon exploded in a huge fireball to finish the performance. "Marvelous!" Charles exclaimed to the applause of the rebels.

Yameshi watched this happen. "You just don't get it, do you?" she blurted before she could stop herself. It was the first real hope these guys had, and she probably just ruined it. Yameshi just hoped nobody heard that. There was a reward for her head, and if someone turned her in...She shivered at the thought of that.

Charles heard the girl and turned to find her. When he did, he just smiled and politely took off his hat. "May I ask what you mean, miss?" he asked. "If you mean to say this is a lost cause, let me assure you, we will not fail." Charles said this with confidence because he had a very strong sense of justice and believed in what he was doing completely- unlike the other groups that doubted the strength of unity and faith.

Firestorm stood atop a truck, speeding towards an american outpost.
"GET E'M!" He yelled in his thick Irish accent. He jumped off and started gunning down Americans.
It was over very quickly. A loud explosion rang out, followed by smaller ones. The outpost was gone.
"Now, onward to victory!"

"You may believe in what you're doing now, but you have no idea..." Yameshi began. Then, was interrupted by an explosion followed by a few smaller ones. She waited for them to finish. Then, she continued as if nothing happened, "how that will be tested." Yameshi remembered everything so clearly. Her parents, her friends, even people she didn't know all suffered because of her. Some of them to the point where they died. And they were all harmless civilians.

You can fight if you wish, just remember that we need not a reckless rebel, but a skilled freedom fighter. I'm sure you are more than capable of fighting alongside our cause." Charles smiled politely. "Now, if you wish to escape this village with your life and freedom, you'll kindly come with me to the transport." A series of armored trucks appeared from down the road immediately. The trucks pulled in and packed the crowding, frightened people inside. Charles jumped in one and held his hand out in invitation. "Come, miss, your chariot awaits."

A skilled freedom fighter. Hm... Yameshi was reflecting on what Charles said. Then, she noticed he had stuck out his hand as an invitation. She hesitated for a little bit. Now is not the time to be irrational. If you join this group, you cannot leave it until you are free, you are dead, or the leader dies. She grabbed his hand, accepting the invitation.

Charles smiled. The rebel at the wheel yelled out, "Where are we headed, sir?" Charles replied, "To the Underground!" The rebel nodded and changed his course to the destination. Charles turned to Yameshi and explained, "You see, the Underground is our name for the rebel base that we use to go around to all the countries in Europe. We travel around to all the hotspots of repression and snuff the Americans out." The truck rode on down the road as they made their way to the entrance. "Also, I'm sorry, but I cannot tell you where these entrances are, because if you knew and were captured, we couldn't risk the whole resistance in trust," Charles apologized.

"Okay...I understand," Yameshi said. The fact that she had not been captured yet only made it seem more probable she would be captured. The Americans have been trying to track her down for a long time, after all. "So, when I'm fighting with you and we decide to go through an entrance, will I be blindfolded?" she asked in an attempt to make a joke. Yameshi then realized how lame the joke was.

Charles blinked. "Well, I wasn't going to do that, but if you'd like..." He ripped a piece of his undershirt, but then realized she wasn't being serious and chuckled. "Oh... Sorry, I didn't realize you were just jo-" He was interrupted by a shake in the truck and looked out. The Americans were retaliating. "Bloody hell, those twats found us, capt'n!" One rebel shouted. "Oh no..." Charles shook his head and calmly tossed an AK-47 at Yameshi. "Point and shoot, we're the good guys! Everyone out! Return fire!" He shouted and the rebels emerged to attack the besieging Americans.

Yameshi leapt out of the van, holding the AK-47. She never used a gun before, but she kept it at her side just in case. She was more of a hand-to-hand fighter. She got behind one American as another one shot. They just killed their own man and Yameshi ran to do some more damage.

Charles pulled two pistols out of his sleeves and hung out the side, firing calmly and accurately. His eyes never waivered but to check on Yameshi. She seemed to be a capable fighter in her own right, and especially for someone he thought had never used a gun before.

The Americans fell back and fired behind their trucks, surprised at the orginization of the rebels. "Noone said they were armed or trained!" One shouted in fear. The rebels responded, "Surprise, twats!"

Twats. That is too nice of an insult for them, Yameshi thought as she waited for an American to stick his head out. Once one did to fire at her, she was already prepared and would shoot them right in the head with her AK-47. She was a marksmen!

"Should we fire it now, sir?" One rebel shouted. Charles waited and said, "No!" The rebels voiced their confusion until Charles came out again to fire one shot. He aimed carefully and fired his bullet into the open engine, whose cover he'd shot open earlier. The American truck exploded fantastically and every rebel cheered.

Before the battle ended, one American had contacted General Randolph of the U.S Army stationed in Europe. "Sir! We're taking heavy fire from some rebels!" The General blinked. "Why should they be a problem? They're all unoganized-" "Not these, sir! They're prepared and armed well! I don't kno-" The transmission was cut. Randolph stood and stroked his chin. The first real rebel threat had arisen; would they go down as the others did?

Yameshi couldn't help but cheer with the other rebels. Who was she kidding earlier? Being a rebel was one of the few things she knew how to do right. And it just felt...right as well.

"Three cheers for those bloody Sax-bastards bitin' the dust!" The rebels all shouted and re-entered the convoy, after Charles approached the rubble. He recovered a walkie-talkie and smiled broadly and confidently. He entered the truck with the others and hit the transmit button. "Excuse me, sir. This is Charles Raleigh of the Uprising, or the group that will overthrow you all. I hope you forgive us; your soldiers were intending to stop us."

General Randolph slammed his table and grabbed the walkie talkie. "You son of a bitch! You don't know who you're messing with! We'll get you, get you and kill you all!" Charles nodded. "Why, you're right. Who AM I messing with, as it were?" Randolph growled. "You snarky little shit, I'll kill you myself!" Charles laughed. "Until we meet again, sir." He held the transmitter and shot the talkie. "We have their attention."

Yameshi cheered. Then, when Charles said they had their attention, her mood suddenly changed. She was depressed. That was always how it started for the other rebel groups. She walked away to be alone.

The convoy rumbled on down the road and the rebels were cheering for Charles and announcing the first victory of their rebellion. Charles, however, was worried for Yameshi. He got up and walked over. "Excuse me, miss, may I sit here? I see you aren't celebrating with the rest of the group."

Seven heavily armoured trucks drew up behind the convoy, filled with men, armed to the teeth. One of them climbed out of the passenger seat of the lead one, and jumped into the truck with Charles and Yameshi. Guns immediately pointed at him.
"Ha!" The man had a thick Irish accent. "No need for firearms. The name's Firestorm. I've just liberated Ireland, and was wondering if you needed any help."
