As for "what if" situations, that could be fun. Which ones haven't we done? We've done pets (cat vs. dog), wedding planning, and childrens' names. Maybe how many children they might choose to have or where they would live? Would they chose to live together before marriage or would they insist on waiting?

The manga appears to take place after 3-5 (Either happening in the two months after that case or disregarding Apollo Justice. I haven't seen anything that indicates which this manga is doing). Since I'm still reading it, there may be more that I haven't seen, but I'll post the one I did notice. As a result, discussion time! Yes, I know my topics always suck. I lack creativity, so if you all think of anything better to talk about then please let us know.Anyway... in the event that Phoenix and Iris had kids, how would the parental dynamic work? For example, sometimes you have families where one parent (be it mom or dad) plays "bad cop" and gives out discipline while in others both parents share that responsibility simultaneously or alternate playing the role of the "bad cop." There are, of course, many other possible parental dynamics as these things often vary a great deal, so don't feel limited to just choosing between my examples. Those were just the ones that came to mind for me to explain what I was asking. So taking the characters' personalities into account, how would things work in their home? As more food for thought, would their relationship change when children are added into the mix?

Anyway, this has indeed been my favorite pairing ever since I finished Trials & Tribulations for the first time... Everything just... clicked for me between the two of them... I just find it odd how a game meant to be a lawyer simulator has such engaging stories... I dare say, maybe it's just me, but... all the stories in the game just make me think... about a lot of things.
Anyway, in my months of absence, I've obviously had a lot to catch up on in this topic... So much discussion... So much wonderful fanwork (both in the form of pictures and writings) and I'm sure, if you've seen a post of mine since... well... about April or March, you might've noticed my signature picture. It's nothing complex, but then again, in my opinion, they shouldn't be complex. They should just look pretty and have a simple point. That's how I intended to make it and I believe I did a pretty good job on it. Also, doesn't Phoenix look nifty in his new red-and-black suit?
Also, concerning the topic at hand... well, I've never been a good speaker (despite what some of my friends would tell you...) and it's a bit difficult for me to discuss because I've... never really thought about it that much. I haven't really analyzed the characters' personalities enough to where I could say whether or not they'd be good with kids... no wait... maybe I could. My points would be very simple, though. Mainly, I'd think of Iris as a caring, motherly type... maybe? Hmm... Gosh, I really need to replay T&T... *sigh* I've got so much going through my mind that it's hard to organize all of these thoughts in order to really form a good opinion on the subject... Perhaps tomorrow or something, when I'm on the weekend and I can think more freely...
I hope to be a regular in this topic again and... maybe... perhaps... compose a few songs? I have no idea... I'm sure I could find all kinds of inspiration though, so we'll see. Phoenix/Iris, past, present, and all-eternal future! ♥♥♥

Anyway, I'll add my thoughts to the topic at hand to see if I can spur this discussion on a bit more. I see them kind of balancing the responsibility, but I actually see Iris being the more disciplinarian one as she came to adapt to her new role as mother. Strange? Possibly considering what we see of her in the game and I do think that at the start she might have some trouble telling a child "no," but she would learn and her skills would develop over time particularly when she came to realize that it was for the child's own well-being and the game shows that Iris can be quite determined when she believes that she is protecting the people she cares about. That's not to say that Phoenix would leave Iris to do all the parenting, but I can see him getting a bit more lax in certain areas. He gives Pearl a lot of freedom in the PW games, although technically he's not her guardian there, so perhaps that's different.

I mean, it's more than "cute". It's really pretty. And it makes me wish that I believed in true love. But I mostly like the pairing because Phoenix, who has suffered so much, deserves to be with someone as good as Iris. And I guess I also feel sorry for Iris. I definitely don't like the idea of her being left with a broken heart... that would just suck.
While I'm here, I might as well recommend a fic. It's a NSFW oneshot of "Feenie" and "Dollie" getting intimate in college.

I dug back a couple pages to find the prompts, so I'll repost them. They kind of died when they were posted last time. Perhaps we were being a little overambitious trying to stretch out Phoenix/Iris week for another seven days right after the first week. I know that I was pretty spent. Anyway, I talk too much. Here are the prompts JadeRoach came up with... I really need to at least attempt writing one of these.
1. Satisfaction
2. Pain
3. Secrets
4. Face-off
5. Gardening
6. Hobby
7. Bluff

When I got to plot-bunny catching using these themes, I ended up tripping a few times on my butterfly net, breaking my neck running into dead ends, and in the end, just plain gave up. And then I went back to my SOOO hiatus Feenris fic, typed less than 2 sentences, then got confused, and stopped. DX
I am not having a good day/month/year. I hope you guys still have more punches to throw than me, or...or...
...WE NEED MORE FEENRIS LOVERS!
