So how about all of us contribute by filling in as many Phoenix/Maya requests as possible? The couple are still woefully outnumbered by all the Phoenix/Edgeworth fics, and there are still loads of Phoenix/Maya requests left unanswered. It would be a great little project for all of us.

Yes, wayyy too many great prompts have never been filled (and probably never will be, especially from older parts. Why is this pairing so unpopular?) And I never hit on inspiration to fill them myself *sigh*
Anyway, while searching through for the old prompts I figured I should do something useful, so here are all the fics for this pairing which were actually filled in part 6-10. (Well, it's not all of them, really, if the word 'Maya' wasn't in the prompt, then it's not here.) I even separated them into 'teen' [?] rated and R-rated fics but if I accidentally have something in the wrong category it's not my fault okay? VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISABLE etc. etc. etc.
Now somebody has to do a list of the unfilled prompts.

In other news, last night I went to bed at almost frickin' 4 in the morning because I had thought for an ending of a thoroughly shippy Nick/Maya fic and couldn't sleep because I couldn't make up my mind about getting up and writing it down, or leaving it for when I woke up (I ended up getting up and sleeping afterward). I have the very ending of the story, and I'm trying to work backwards from it, although it's not proving to be a very easy job. Still, I WANT to work something with this, because the ending I thought of was way too fucking awesome not to use it. It paraphrases a scene found in Louisa May Alcott's novel Little Women, the only scene I can recite word by word from memory out of the entire book. =p

Oh good, I'm not the only one with this 'problem'. A few weeks ago I was thinking 'Oh look, I stayed up too late again. I'll just check the PW kink meme and then go to bed.' So I read the prompts. 'Oh look, that's a great prompt,' I think. 'I hope somebody writes it. Somebody else.' So I go to bed..
Can't sleep. Stupid prompt has started hijacking my brain. Hours pass. Lie there with eyes closed but totally wide awake, I'm not even dozing. In fact I'm not even daydreaming because subconscious has decided to spit out fic in entire paragraphs. After about 6 hours I give up and get up. Go through the motions. That night I'm too damn tired to type out my fic. And by next day, it's gone forever. Moral of the story is.. meme prompts are not a good bedtime story?
Anyway, here's some recent fanart, which was posted in the old 'Emergency' forum. By yaminomi it's on their blog/diary/BBS thing, so you may not have seen them before.

I did actually read it! But I totally forgot to come back and write something! It was well written and you obviously had a lot of heart into it... It was very dreamy and sweet, although Maya seemed a bit too serious for my liking

This does seem to be the best index of that meme there is, though there isn't all the parts.. and check the filled ones for fic ideas too, I don't see why we can't have multiple fics.
I still haven't written most of the story in my head-canon.. although my headcanon is so contradictory, I wouldn't know which of the alternate realities to combine in fic.
