pw graphics

I am just wondering would one say pw graphics are anime based, or just look similar because my and my friend had a discussion about it he said they are anime and i said they are kinda but or not if u compare it to an actully anime show they are very diffrent. I think they are cartoonish based :P

There can be a huge difference between an anime and another.
The first couple animes (Nils Holgerson and Kimba the White Lion... oh I hate these 2 so much) don't even look anime-ish.

Laputa - Palace in the Sky (which happens to be my all time favorite) has similar style characters as Ace Attorney.

A little of both. Mostly anime.

Some of them look almost realistically anime. But Meekins.... he looks more cartoony.

Well, it is Japanese. Most of the animation is like anime, but it can get cartoony sometimes too. And I've noticed some cultured characters, not necessarily Japanese ones.

I've noticed that for the most part, the characters all look real to some degree, except Meekins. He's just so...off.

Mostly some of the old ones don't look anime. IIRC a few I thought were cartoons.

Technically anime is the name for any animated show that comes out of Japan, so PW is definitely an "anime style" game. Just because Meekins looks strange and different from anyone else doesn't mean he's no longer anime style - I've seen entire anime with characters that look like that. He's just not typical.
