Anyway, this guy in the music video for Kimi ni Juice wo Katte Ageru made me think of Payne.
It's kind of a poor quality picture, but it's the best I could get from Youtube. See for yourself, and you be the judge. He's the guy on the bike that shows up at about 3:02. Just imagine him with white glasses. And a bit older.

Well not so long ago my sister claimed she needed to go see the doctor (and i don't need to say why) and so we tried out the clinic that was quite closer to us rather than going somewhere big far away.
And so this doctor, his last name was Ivanov. Dr. Ivanov, Russian I think, so I was hoping to hear the russian accent... xD
And OMG THIS GUY IS SO COOL he slips on his glasses like a spy and he's got a deep rumbly voice, his finger-snapping makes the whole room echo and he laughs a lot. All around a cheerful doctor. And he was very accurate and precise too.
And the best part is... he looks A LOT like Godot. White hair, and although he wasn't wearing the same shirt he was wearing the EXACT SAME VEST, and just like Godot they have a (very) deep voice. So yeah... hehehe
EDIT: He was also wearing a tie, although I forget exactly what colour, and the hairstyle was almost the same too. Lol imagine, Dr. Godot

I read a topic on the SSB:B Message Board of Gamefaqs a WHILE ago, and someone had made a claim that they sent the voiceover artist of Melee an e-mail with a certain request on it, and the guy chose to comply with the e-mail, and gave the sender something for sending it (Sorry for being vague. You guys know my memory sucks...). About 90% of the posts that replied were "Pics or it didn't happen.", so I personally consider that to be Gamefaqs' Slogan.

The main problem, is how Gamefaqs message board posters tend to say that SO BLOODY OFTEN! Even if using that response doesn't make sense!
For Example, here's a situation where it DOES make sense.
"Earlier at school, I had a substitute teacher named Mr. Wright! He even wore a blue suit!"
"Pics or it didn't happen."
And now, here's one where it does not make sense:
"While in a school assembly, one of the people who spoke sounded EXACTLY like Manfred von Karma!"

This mask looks like the enemy "Phanto" (the one who pursues you when you grab a key in some stages) from the game (i remembered it, but not the name).
