Well Friday was "Free Beer Friday (which is also a giveaway at our local radio station.) Actually, he said we have to clean the house tomorrow (he has the day off). I have to go pick him up from work after midnight because he's working the release. He's about as excited about this game as we are about GK.

For some reason those old (well they're not really that old) CVS commercials are coming to my mind. They were the ones that talked about how much the pharmacists cared about the costumers. I always wanted to make my own that said they only care when they're on the clock, but after that your on your own.

I actually work at a Clinic Pharmacy that's owned by a major hospital system. It's an indigent clinic, which means we cater to people who have no money. Or people who are too damn lazy to get a job and work. >_< I used to work at the hospital, in the IV room. I sort of miss making IV's, it was fun to play with needles... except when you stuck yourself. ^_^;; (And it would happen, trust me. >_<)
Long before that, I worked for CVS for about 7 years. 7 years too long, I might add. Retail freaking sucks. People expect you to get their prescriptions in like 10 minutes or less, and they expect you to work out their insurance problems for you. Pharmacists don't get enough help, and some days you're lucky if you even get to go to the bathroom, much less take a break.
So yeah, I've been in Pharmacy for about 12 years... it's time for a change. O_o Although, I have to say that I'm pretty damn good at my job.

The pay is very good actually. But, I still want to quit my job. ^_^;; I'm at the point where I don't want to work for a while. Unfortunately, so is my husband, and he makes like 3x the pay I do. ^_^;; The hours at my clinic are pretty good, though. Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:00am-3:30am to 9:30am-6pm. You don't work later than 6, and you get weekends and holidays off. You can't beat the hours. Much better than retail, and even better than the hospital. (Mostly because hospitals never close.)

I too enjoy that picture. Although it throws out the fanon assumption that Edgeworth has a huge bed covered in magenta sheets, blankets, comforters, and pillows.
