I think it looks quite different to Mia actually... I worked quite hard to custom the hair and shirt, make her a waistcoat, Made her poses totally different... Hell, I edited that face quite a bit...
Anyway, as I said in Geno's topic, Your Geno is Just a resized and coloured drawing: the outlines are thick and weird looking, and it will be near impossible to do other poses in the same style...
