Certainly an annoying task, especially if your desire to be with said person stems mostly--if not entirely--from a physical attraction.

I'm in a bit of a similar boat with the woman I'm infatuated with. I recently took advantage of an opportunity to join her group in a project, and now part of me is worried that she might misinterpret me as having no desire to make friends, but rather just to date her--far from the truth; I want to get to know her better before making any serious effort to date her.

At least you have to do something to get people thinking you like them D: I just look at someone and they think Im crazy about them....I must send out wanting vibes or something, when all I really want is to get on with my life.

I want to be with this one girl, but there are too many factors draging her away, the big one being that her friends think I'm a perverted creep.

I had a disturbing thing happen to me today... My ex-girlfriend tried to kiss me outa nowhere! But I dodged, so I'm in the clear!

A haircut might work...if I was fifty pounds lighter. :edgeworth:

Also, it might not be disturbing if you left her.

I tried that haircut tip of yours last night. I probably shoud have had a professional do it. Now my dad's really mad at me. Now I'm going to have to see a barber, which is a bit frightening after seeing Sweeny Todd.

Definately best to go to a barber! You should post up a picture so we(me) can offer advice! I have a good eye for haircuts on people!

Yeah, you're hair's fine! You have a face shape which suits shorter hair, so don't grow it too much ^^ You could grow it a little more, it depends on whether your hair grows upwards or downwards really. Upwards would be fine, downwards not so much! :)

Speaking of hair, I always kinda die inside when guys with curly or messy long hair get it cut. I really love long hair on guys and especially when its kinda messy or curly. In my opinion, it gives men a likeable and sympathetic aura and shows more of their personality since I have a kinda cold impression from men with very short or strictly cut hair. I don't know why, it just gives me that vibe.

We had a halloween dance a week before halloween at my school. Me and 3 other friends went cause we didn't have anything else to really do. There was this girl at the dance dressed up as Maya Fey. I tried to ignore her really since I'm really not the "ladies man" when talking to girls. And the fact that she was in a higher grade than me it looked like didn't help at all since that's like, a law of highschool almost. D: I eventually sucked it up and talked to her...

:maya:-Her

:phoenix:-Me

:maya:: *dancing*

:phoenix:: *walks up to her* Who are you supposed to be dressed as?

:maya:: Maya Fey.

:phoenix:: Oh, I've played that game...pretty good.

:maya:: Yep...

:phoenix:: ... *walks away*

Pretty boring conversation, right?

...atleast it's a start for me, since I've never talked to a girl about something besides the usual, "Hi." :sadshoe:

Yeah, might be good! Maybe grow it a bit and use jell if it flops (dunno if you want to use jell, can be a pain for alot of people!)

Today I got talked at alot by a guy in my biology class (not the usual one who drives me crazy.) He described a ton of stuff about horror films and we talked about a few. He kept having to ask my name though =_= curse my unmemorable name! A really quiet guy also asked if I lived near him and I said I probably did seeing as he walks up the same hill as me.

I've also got two guys coming over to help me to do my storyboard for my film studies coursework! Should be interesting.

I think that the likelihood of her understanding... well, BEING understanding... is slim.

Heh, yeah. I've never heard this particular euphemism before. It took me a bit to catch on... I was thinking to myself "What did he do? Did he just say he disemboweled that girl!?"

I think you are all giving Luigi a hard time for no good reason. Frankly, I found Whodi's comment a bit offensive as well. Not on the standpoint of prudishness, but because he described his encounter with this woman in the same way one describes discarding refuse into a dumpster.

Yeah, more extreme things happen on the internet because of it's anonymous nature and social disconnect, but I still feel it is fundamentally similar to carrying on a conversation with that person or people. Since "serious business" and like topics are within the range of acceptable conversation topics in real life, is it really such a grievous sin to talk about it on the internet? I feel like whenever someone says a topic is "serious business" it is usually just an escapist way to belittle the other person, and I personally find it disrespectful. Sorry, I don't mean to single you out... I see a lot of people doing this, and I feel it's worth rethinking the idea.

You people are overstating my reaction. I'm not some far-right reactionary who's against the mere mention of sex. My only point is that there are some details of relationships (and encounters) that just don't need to be (and probably shouldn't be) mentioned.
