Although it's really tragic.
I think Francis will find some way to get Kafuka a Not Guilty verdict w/o accusing Tsuki. You don't need to find the real culprit to defend your client, after all.

1: She didn't kill him, even with humans able to Snap in the brink of a moment. The motive however feels that she is guarding someone else, or a person she felt strong for as a friend or more, was the cause of her judgement snap which would mean that
2: She did kill him, for a reason that most likely won't be the first thing you can think of.
3: Her motive is....weak, she was the daugther, she never got "taken" by her father which would mean she shouldn't have that much selfhate, which refers me to the first point again which mean she was doing it for someone.
Of course, my hunches have been wrong, not often, but wrong anyway.
