I think you're readimg BM's thoughts, Sandra thought. "Next riddle, I guess... hm...This is the oldest riddle in the book...What has four legs, then on two legs, then on three legs?" ((By the way, twelve pages of responses. YAY!!!))

((Yay!))

"Huh? I am? Oh well, never mind." Mira said. "The answer to that riddle is a human. Quite simple, really."

"Bit? I... huh?" said BM, more confused than usual. 'Is he... Nah.' Upon hearing Sandra's riddle, he began thinking. 'Hm... Where have I heard this before? Trees?' Mira cut in before he could think of anything, though. The thought of slapping himself crossed his mind. "...Right! So, it's my turn, right?"

"Um... Okay." said BM, scratching the back of his head. "I got one, but I'm not sure I like it much. Ah well." Clearing his throat, he continued with the riddle.
"Ahem. A man stares through a 20 story window. He looks down into the abyss, pauses, and jumps through the window. Once he hits the ground, he gets up, polishes himself off and walks away. How could that happen?"

((Bad news. Long story short, my good computer dies, and my other computer is awful. I may not show up as often as I'd like. Sorry in advance.))

"Hm...Maybe he has super strength?" Sandra asked.

BM shook his head at Sandra's proposal. "No, no. He's just an average Joe. Nothing special about him... except for the whole jumps through a window thing."

"No, unless he cut the cable at the end of the fall, the bungee cord would bring him back up." Mira told Sandra.

"Hm..." Sandra said, trying to think of something else. "Maybe he landed on the guy in the desert," she teased as she tried to come up with another reasonable explanation.

'Bungee cord?' thought BM, shaking his head. Mira cut in before he could say anything though. Nodding gently, he watched Sandra as she tried to think of an answer. Just before he could offer a hint, Sandra cut in with a guess. He laughed so hard he almost choked. "Haha, nope. Sorry. Need a hint? I promise it won't be too helpful."

"Okay." BM said, trying to remember his hint. "You have to think... Or..." He snapped his fingers and nodded once to himself when he recalled the hint. "You have to think about where the man is." After giving the hint, he grinned. 'Yeah, I probably would come of as more cryptic with stubble.'

"The missing detail...Hm..." Sandra said. "Maybe the building was collapsing or falling over?" She had another explanation, but she wanted to see if this one was good enough.

"No, no, he did land on something, i.e. the ground." he said, frowning to Mira. "And the building was perfectly intact." Thinking over the riddle one more time, he added, "Well, as for one of the missing details..." For dramatic effect, he took a pause before adding, "Do you want it? It'll still be really cryptic."

"He...Turned around? Like, when he was falling?" Sandra asked. She was even more confused by the hint. Sandra decided she would have to figure out when he turned around in order to solve the riddle.

BM paused, waiting for Mira to continue. "... Err... yeah. He just kind of, turned around. Like that. ..." After the ensuing silence, he continued, "That's supposed to be the big riddle-breaker. ..." After gently coughing, he added in a sheepish tone, "... It's not too helpful after all, is it?"

"But if he turned around, thus canceling his jump, then did he go down some stairs (or something) to exit the building and go to the street outside?" Mira asked. "Or maybe an elevator, perhaps? I don't know, something that allows him to leave the building that is parallel (or so) from the window in question."

BM raised an eyebrow to Mira's questioning, then grinned . "Hey. Cancelled his jump? When did he cancel his jump? He went through the window." He paused, deciding they needed to figure this out before he hit them with information again. "The important part is when he turned." Stopping, he nodded... until he realized he forgot one thing. "Also the important part is where he is. They're both pretty important, you see."
