Uhhhmmm... I thought it was obvious... The killer's got a creepy font, and Nozomu Oukami doesn't. He's the one who's begging for his life...

Oh, sorry. I thought that all the font before the creepy font was somebody else, the creepy font was the killer, and the font after the killer was Oukami.

But I'd go with a Not Guilty verdict. Yes, getting rid of Oukami was a good thing, but Tsuki still did kill him (and why not just steal the tape or something and reveal him?). Kafuka did absolutely nothing wrong, so it would be really bad to send her to jail =\
