"S-sorry..." he said pathetically to Lydia. Then, he cleared his throat. "It'll be entertaining to say the least," he replied to Shrum.

"Well yeah, but if you ask me they have a pretty tough act to follow." Shrum laughed. "Anyway, I have an idea, you know how Hurbis took all those notes on everyone? Well I figured we could take a few on him. What do you guys think?" Shrum was anxious to see how Hurbis fought, but in a way he was rooting for Rygar. After all he was a great fighter, and was one of the few people to actually beat him.

"Two more matches and then I get my first fight" Minny then said feeling the butterflies start to flutter around in her stomach. Come on Minny! Now is so not the time to be nervous. Orochi simply pointed at her, launching a bullet-like bolt of ki at her forehead. If she didn't parry or stop it, she'd get both a nasty bump and burn. If she did, someone else would. Regardless, Orochi emitted a sudden burst of energy, making it look like there was more than five of him when he moved.

Lydia was watching the match, and was surprised to see Orochi in action. He seemed like he'd made the battle tough for Sayuka...but she seemed pretty capable of handling herself anyway.

She merely nodded when Kory apologized...the matter was something new for her to experience, and so she felt very timid in romance. If it was any possible she could be more timid, anyway...

Shrum walked over to Kory "so it seems someone is making a move eh? Just be cautious...fighting is easy. Romance is very, very hard." Shrum laughed and patted Kory on the back as he went with him to grab a hot dog.

Shrum chuckeled then coughed "Like my teacher said 'itis not what ye do...tis how thy do it'...basically throwing it at her would be different if you say.." Shrum thought for a moment..,"uuhh...sat next to her..and like...placed it in her hand and didn't let go...of her hand that is." Shrum scratched his head "Well I'm a little rusty on my romantic skills, so don't go quoting me about this stuff." Shrum shrugged and got his hot dog "But its very obvious that you like her...and I can see when you lie...my eyes can also see that she likes you..like alot." Shrum said as he stuffed his face "So...uh...yeah. You two go to same school and all, like the same things...I say go for it." Shrum finished his hot dog with masterful speed "and One more thing...a quote from my student.." Shrum cleared his throat, and with his best Boston accent "DON'T SCREW UP YA BIG DOPE!" He then walked back to the vender to get 3 more hotdogs.

"Uh...Okay," Kory said, grabbing the plain hotdog. For some reason he suddenly felt like straightening his tie. As he grabbed the collar of his shirt, he realized he wasn't wearing one. He blushed and walked back where he came from to give Lydia her part of the hotdog.

Sayuka saw it coming. She could even see it coming from far away. All she had to do was tilt her head off to the side, and the attack passed by, brushing along several of her hairs and causing them to flow in it's wake, keeping a calm, almost emotionless look on her face the entire time.

...she then responded by slashing the air with two of her fingers outstretched, throwing a small blade of energy at Orochi in response. If it touched him, it would leave a little cut... more than a flesh wound, but nothing deep.

Kory saw a bolt of ki coming right at him. "Woah!" he screamed as he blocked it with his staff. He was panting. Then, he looked down. He dropped the hotdog. "Aw, man!" He went back to the concession stand to buy another hotdog.

Orochi simply grabbed it with two fingers, dispelling it with a burn on both fingers. A small one, didn't really hurt, though.
"Hm. Let's get serious." Kicking up at a lethal speed, he launched a gust of explosive energy at Sayuka at speeds just as great. If she was smart, she'd stop or evade it. Taking the hit would simply burn deeply.

Sayuka simply smiled. She quickly leapt to the side, avoiding the blast nimbly as she sprung onto her hands, then toward Orochi onto her feet. She then threw back an arm and delivered a karate chop to the side of his neck, then followed with three kicks, one to the abdomen, one to the solar plexus, and then one to the middle of his chest. She figured she didn't want to rely on her psychic energies too much just yet... not until the fight picked up and the pace got more intense.

Quick maneuvering allowed him to avoid the first two, but the third he simply took.
Retaliating with something similar, he rushed at her with a combo of sorts.
First hit was a backhand punch, second hit was a vertical punch, third hit was a high kick to her arm, fourth was another kick to her other arm. Each move was continued in a smooth motion, the energy from them leaving behind after images, confusing her if she didn't look carefully. He did activate a martial art he learned a year ago, the Musou Tensei. But this was his version. The Musou Jin-Ei Gengeki. Each so-called illusion was as real as the man behind the fist. And if she allowed this to continue, her bones would pay a fair price.

Sayuka didn't want to get trapped in that attack. After taking a few blows... she realized what was going on. And knew just how to get him away...

Sayuka, who had an open moment to do so, threw out an arm and swung it, twisting her body as she did so right when Orochi unleashed a following attack to her other arm. As she did, a trail of sharp energy the flew out of her arm with how fast she was turning, almost like as if... she were a sword. And if Orochi didn't get out of the way, it was going to gash his chest open.

"CYCLONE SLASH!" She yelled as the executed the attack. She then followed that up with one more swinging slash, "TWO!" and then a third, throwing her arm, up. If the first and second attacks didn't touch him, the third would, and blocking it would still leave a cut, "THREE!"

Lydia had been watching the match as Kory brought her part of the hotdog.

"T...thank y-"

But then, a bolt of ki from the match went astray, and flew directly to the pair. Lydia tried to shield herself with her arms, but then Kory managed to block it. She opened her eyes and opened her mouth to speak...

"K-Kory...thank y-you..."

But then, he had left to get another hotdog, the first had fallen on the floor. She sighed, and turned around to continue watching the match.

Kory walked all the way back to the concession stand, mumbling, "Stupid bolt of ki. Making me have to go all the way back to buy a hot dog. Can I get one moment of peace?" he bought the hot dog and walked back, still mumbling as he walked back to Lydia. That's when he noticed Rahfka. "Great. Now I have that guy ruining whatever I just did. Grr..." he mumbled.
"Hello, Rahfka," he said pleasantly.

Lydia turned at the mention of her name, and saw Rahfka, trying to talk to her.

Immediately, she let out a tiny scream, and suddenly dived behind Kory, who had appeared with another hot dog. She gripped the back of his shirt tight, desperate for him to hide her.

"Holy crap!" Bending backwards after he saw the attack coming, Orochi busted a Matrix, barely avoiding it, and jumping back, launching an attack she had better know because it should be familiar.
Punching the ground, he unleashed multiple bursts of energy from the ground, much like the Power Geyser, one of Terry Bogard's super moves. But this time, there'd be not one, but five at the same time. And there'd be a little bit of a new addition to it. The shock generated from each explosion would be deadly to a normal person. But to Sayuka, they'd still hurt a ton. She'd better be paying attention, because it'll be a total ass-biter if she didn't.

She locked her arms tight around his waist before throwing her weight backwards, pulling him along for the ride as she drove him head first into the ground in a vicious suplex.

It took him a while. But he got his head out of the ground.
"I figured I'd let off a tad of steam. But you've proven too much for that. Best we both get serious.. a little bit serious, that is."
Throwing off the jacket, he revealed that he was wearing a black sleeveless shirt.
"You want me to get serious. I'll do just that. Start using your power because it's time."
Both eyes glowed with a vicious lust for blood. He saw nothing but his opponent. Lips were licked as he smiled with the demonic needs of his blood. Charging with almost invisible speed, he launched a heavy strike at her stomach pit. Once it landed, he twisted it as if it were a knife.

"That's what I've been wanting. By the way... I'm not a vacuum," She said in response, unleashing her wit at him. She liked playing those kinds of head games... the impact then came, sending her flying backwards... she groaned a bit at the pain, but smiled in enjoyment... that was the kind of feeling she liked. She flipped in midair and landed on her feet and hands... then sped off with amazing speed herself, clashing with Orochi. She immediately began launching a combination of attacks; a knee to the stomach, a roundhouse kick to the neck, and an open-palm strike to the chest before finishing with a flip kick to send him reeling...

We're only showing a fraction of our true strength right now... we'll be seeing more of our powers quite soon... She thought with glee, grinning calmly.

He would indeed be sent back... only to hit a wall.
"Ouch... Well, deserved that one." Charging back, he launched several fast kicks at Sayuka. Fists would then be sent at her, all to distract from the true intention. An uppercut to the same place as where the fist struck. But from a different angle, aimed at the heart. To stop it and to stop her. If it worked, she'd be weakened enough. If not, she'd come back from being sent flying angrier, he assumed. Meh, either way. If she was paralyzed, he'd be relieved. If she was angry, he'd be happy. He won in both scenarios because she entertained him.

She seemed stunned at first. But that was only to throw off his game a bit... she wasn't too paralyzed by that uppercut. It hurt like nuts, but then, that pain only added to the fuel of her fighting spirit. Just what she was wanting. She had not felt the hurting for a good while... not at this level, anyway. She smiled as she recovered, and then would return the favor to her opponent. Sayuka delivered a quick backhand slap to the side of Orochi's face; due to her glove having a metal guard on the back, that would be a very unpleasant feeling upon impact. She followed up by leaping onto his shoulders and locking her legs around one of his arms, keeping it raised, while also locking them around his neck.

She cracked her knuckles, and began hammering wildly onto his head with her elbows. Okay, so I borrowed this technique from some cartoon I watched... but damned if it's not effective. Let's see how he reacts to this~...

That will hurt for a while.
But it only angered him. He still stuck to martial arts for the time being, because he didn't want to go for the kill just yet... if it was necessary, of course.
"Hokunan Jingeki Ougi... Shin!" A punch was delivered to her jaw. "Senreppu." Quick yet deadly fists rushed at her gut. "Jujizan Ha!" Furthered by the boiling in his blood, he unleashed a vicious blast from his palm right after it impacted on her stomach. He knew she'd survive it. But in case, he stood there, in a defensive stance. Waiting for her retaliation. He had to gauge her damage. Those ridiculous elbows pissed him off, though. And that made him want to knock her out cold.

"Hmhmhmhm~" Sayuka chuckled, getting up and smiling. She coughed some blood up after the attack. His Jujizan Ha caused her a bit of internal hemorrhaging. She shrugged it off though. Blood trickled down the corner of her mouth and dripped from her chin onto one of her sneakers. She simply licked it away, smiling at Orochi as she put her hands in her pocket.

"Watch yourself, now..." She warned, "...because I can get angry too. And you wouldn't like me when I'm angry~♥"

Sayuka cracked her neck and suddenly... raised both her arms. She then began slashing the air wildly with them, unleashing a storm of deadly slashes that all sailed at Orochi. A few missed... but mainly on purpose, to throw him off guard. One of the slashes merely was meant to leave a cut on his shirt... just to mess with him. She then launched at him a very large blade... oh, if he didn't dodge it, it was going to hurt like a bitch. Wouldn't be enough to split him open... but it'll still hurt.

"You're not Bruce Banner, so I think I oughta see what happens."
Raising a hand in the air, he launched a hefty chop down, sending a deadly shockwave after shattering the blades that were thrown at him. Noticing his shirt was cut, he smirked.
"We barely know each other. Don't think it's time for some bow chika bow wow yet." Orochi said while waving a single finger at her in a mocking manner. He felt like being an ass, so he decided to poke fun at her for a bit.
Once he saw the last slash coming, he crushed it with both fists, causing it to shatter.
"Solidifying ki in a deadly manner, eh? Let's see how you deal with something entirely different. Weapons aren't my thing, but I'll let you in on a secret of mine. ANYTHING I touch is a weapon."
Throwing out seemingly invisible objects, they opened up, putting shade upon Sayuka. And they idled for a while as Orochi pulled out a cigarette and lit it, taking a drag.
"Come on. Attacking?" He asked while blowing smoke the other direction.

I must've been the only girl on the block who found them fascinating." She then laughed and sprung high into the air... leaping nimbly over and behind Orochi.

She would then jump again, landing in front of him. She would proceed to exchange fists with him as she battled him face-to-face, "So tell me... mm... what was that little shade you threw over me back there? If you don't mind me asking while fighting you here..."

"That shade'll seal the match. Whether you allow it to is up to you." His strikes would be as quick as they were when he fought Reiji. Fast, explosive and... sometimes on fire. Regardless, he felt the need to give Sayuka more reason to attack.

Lydia meekly nodded, but was still rather scared, so settled to poking her head out under Kory's arm, still clutching him tightly.

"Y-Y-Y-Y-Yes...I-I-I'm...L-L-L-Lydia..." She mumbled timidly. Her other arm was clutching Mr Cuddles tightly.

Kory found himself in an almost awkward position as Lydia poked her head out from under his arm. He could barely hold on to the cursed hot dog that threatened to fall on the floor again. He smiled as Lydia clutched onto him.
