Spoiler: 2-4
When it gave you a choice to put Matt in Jail, or let him go free to get killed by De Killer, I thought that if you let him go, he would get a not-guilty verdict, and De Killer would then state that he wasn't really going to kill Matt, and just said that so Matt would go free, thus getting a bad ending.

....But I guess I was wrong.

Spoiler: 2-4
Why would he let Matt go? He genuinely hates Matt's guts for betraying him.

If you accept that De Killer was a villain who absolutely demanded complete trust between him and his clients, then naturally he must really hate Matt after seeing the video tape... he wouldn't bother thinking up a ploy to save him.

If you think he's lying about needing trust between him and his clients, why did he bother helping Matt in the first place, thus placing himself in immense danger with no recuperation? A "normal" assassin would even prefer he got silenced so fewer people would know about him.

I dunno about that...publicity is generally good for business...I'm curious as to how you'd contact him anyway. I mean what does he have a website or something? He was gonna tell Nick how to hire him for a hit on the judge which I liked :garyuu:

If you look very closely at when de Killer talks at the ending through the reciever, he actually does have a website.

I'm pretty certain if the government can access the website they can close it down.
Maybe he's just got an email account? Thats not close-downable (especially if it's like part of a big system like hotmail) and it allows him to arrange other contact details.

Maybe it's a website that's blocked to any government systems or something? Or it only appears at midnight like that freaky anime which name has escaped me?

Actually, since the internet is international, regulation of the internet by the government is sorta.... iffy. They don't like to get into it and often don't. Since its international it sorta doesn't fall into their jurisdicition. But I'm pretty sure they could still trace him through that.... Interesting predicament De Killer's gotten himself into, though not the first problem we've had with de Killer's actions being too open.

Yeah but isn't there an internet filter in place on some websites meaning like, if you try and put something in as a .com it becomes a....for example .co.uk if your in the appropiate country wouldn't that limit it to the government and I'm sure there is some kinda internet police looking for dodgy stuff. Though mostly these days I'd guess they are paedophile hunting in chat rooms.

I don't think DeKiller's website would have a country in its URL.
