They had just gotten to the officers that were by the entrance of the cathedral. From the inside, it looked like someone was speaking really loud through some sort of megaphone. Russell tried not to let that bother him at first, he just faced the officers, who were gladly alive!
Then he thought: what should he say first? From what he could see now, there were many new questions that erupted in his mind when he confirmed there were police officers there. What were they doing and what did the cathedral had to do with it, or even why the place was so darkly scary. He felt like keeping the last one to himself, however.
- Excuse me, officer...we are passerbyes who got stuck here by chance. Some major unluck. Hum...do you have any working phone? There are people who may be wondering where we are by now...

"The detective is not going to like this"
"That detective doesn't seem to like much things anyways" Ben added and headed to the newly come persons "Good night, this is a restricted area and a pretty dangerous at that, if you have anything to inform you can always head to the local authorities or wait outside of the town" he added trying to sound as kind as possible

The three detectives searched the area throughly again, and to his surprise did find something. It was a ring with a huge red stone incrusted on it.
It could fallen from the fingers of one of the officers. However, the ring itself gave an upsetting feeling...for once it was a really big ring, and of a kind McCoy had never seen before. In the inner side of it McCoy found what seemed like scribblings, but they were to small to make out without the proper equipment.
"Did you find anything?" he asked the other officers while placing the ring in one of his pockets.

Russell presented the little folded piece of paper to the elder officer.
- Oh, and if you need any identification, well...I'm Russell Farfnair, an american police officer. Here's my ID to prove it.
He presented his own ID afterwards, hoping this all would convince the officer of his story.

Luis looked at the ring, his eye automatically drawn to it. But he didn't say anything as McCoy put it in his pocket. He looked for anything else out of place. When McCoy asked, Luis just shook his head.

As he said that, Luke and the third officer were already carrying the drunk man and the girl cuffed and into the van.

"Damn!" McCoy approached the black body...it seemed rather human alright, except for those horrid fangs. Save for whatever Ken took to his pocket, there didn't seem to be anything useful left.
"Alright this is not normal, we need to report to Bordet now. let's leave"
McCoy turned to the stairs and waited for the other detectives to follow him.

After hearing what the officer said, Russell felt like talking with the people that were just arrested, but he had no idea what to ask. He thought a "What were you doing there?" would sound a bit too rude. He thought about it a lot, but he just couldn't think of what else to say.
While they were waiting for the detectives, Russell approached the van to see how were the just-arrested guys.

Russell still hadn't decided what to ask them, and then he noticed how Maddie followed him. He looked to her and smiled.
- Can I ask you something, Maddie? You sounded a lot more calm than I expected for someone that had just discovered dead bodies a while before, when we found you. I don't know exactly how you did react first, but this thought crossed my mind, so I was wondering why were you so calm? Are you usually like this?
Russell remembered how he, a police officer, got shocked with that image, but she seemed calmer and all.

He scratched the back of his head, a little embarrassed. It wouldn't look good to a police officer be afraid of some place just because it is a bit dark...and gloomy...and with a mansion whose residents were dead...and strange notes...
And it actually wasn't normal to him. He had already gone through scary places and he was OK. However, something about that place just pierced his courage right when he approached the mansion. And he couldn't fully recover until now.
- Just to be safe, do you have anything with you to protect yourself or something? It never hurts to be careful...

There's a big difference between Saint Jeanne and New Saint Jeanne...I'm assuming he is with the other detectives))The young officer Luke adressed Frank "Sir, I fear you are too drunk to be here. And now that I think about it...it might not be a good idea to have Ben in the big cathedral on his own. Why don't you catch up with him? AND DON'T YELL BACK!"
Truth was, Luke was already annoyed to the limit by Meekins meeknes. Though, on the other hand, he know that Ben being alone in there might not be very wise....
((Wether Meekins find Ben inside or not is up to you...if Meekins even decides to go inside.))

"Yes sir!" Meekins replyed, completely ingnoring the whole no shouting thing. And he walked into the cathedral walking around randomly and shouting Ben's name into the megaphone. As he walked farther in the whole place got creepier and creepier so he shouted louder into his megaphone to calm himself down.((Any particular place or time that I should find Ben?))

Luke read the ID card and got even more nervous. Press, exactly what they did NOT want in the area. They did do the right thing arresting her.
Still...'funny place to find a pretty girl' Luke thought. Truth is he got a bit nervous when cuffing her...those little hands, stained with ink here and there...
"Y...yes, I have heard of it" Luke answered trying to souynd as serious as possible "I don't suggest you flashing that thing to the detectives though, might just get you behind the bars a couple nights" Luke couldn't believe what he just said. What if some reporter got badly scolded fro messing with crime scenes! That happened all the time.
But still, it wouldn't be nice to see this girl in jail, right?
((Luke should be about 23 or 24. Unlike Ben, he is kinda hasty and takes his officer job maybe a bit too serious, but is still human

Yeah, he didn't know exactly how to take a conversation too far, though he did talked a lot about what he knew. He looked once again to the Cathedral.
Nah, it's not that. Not only the buildings here are scary. The whole place is scary. I feel awful. How many times did I say this to me again since I got to this place? Certainly over 9000!
He double-checked his things. The ID, the KM2000 and the strange green herb.
Then he saw Joshepine getting inside the Cathedral.
Russell ran after her.
- Hey, doctor, didn't the officer tell us they don't want anyone to mess with the place? Shouldn't we just wait here outside?

He had to make a decision...either go with Josephine, risking to get into a bit of trouble and hasting the arrival of an explanation (or something like that), or stay with Maddie outside safely and wait for the detectives to come out.

Old Ben examined the area with his flashlight. The powerful lamps inside seemed a bit dimmer than he last remembered them.
"Detectives, are you..."
A sound could be heard from the bottom of the cathedral...steps. Deep, grave steps.
Slowly, the old man approached the soucre of the sound. He tried to keep cool, but the flashlight kept on shaking in his hands. With his free arm, he reached for the gun.
"Who is there!?" He half screamed. And then four shadows appeared from a little corridor.
..........................."What is the problem officer?"
"Ah, detective McCoy" ben sat in one of the ancient benches relieved. The three detectives and the other officer had just got to the ground floor from the ceiling. Ben could notice they were a bit upset about something "Did you find anything?"
"Maybe more than we would have liked. We have to leave this place, it's dangerous and Bordet needs a full report of..."
McCoy then noticed the men and women that had just entered the place. He didn't like it, but to his surprise he was more upset about their security than about them messing the crime scene.
"Who are they?" McCoy asked.
"Them. Oh man they didn't listen" Ben seemed a bit affected "They came to the area and have very important things to tell you, and they seem nice enough I didn't arrest them at sight, they weren'0t in the crime scene after all. I told them to wait outside but they didn't listen. I..."
"Arrest them officer"
"What?" asked old Ben
"They are messing with the crime scene now. And the orders were to arrest everyone at sight. I'll listen to them in the outpost"
"Yes detective" Ben replied and he with the fourth officer headed to the two civilians while preparing the handcuffs. McCoy knew he wasn't being very nice, specially since they voluntarily came here to share information. But under the circumstanes he wasn't going to risk losing anymore lives, and some control of the area was needed specially now that so many deaths took place, even if that made him an ogre to every civilian he met.
((Where's exactlñy Keneth? I'm kinda confused))

Josephine sighed with relief as Ben came towards her and Russell. He was okay. So were the two men behind him. All she wanted to know was that nothing was happening to them. She started walking towards the detectives to talk to them about what she and Russell saw, not seeing that Ben had his hand-cuffs out.
