I would tap my glasses when I'm thinking, have a mechanical pen in one hand, a book in the other, and be quoting stuff from my current book when it fits the mood.
When I'm shocked, I click the pen really fast. *CLICKCLICKCLICKCLICKCLICK*
When I'm bored, I would probably keep on reading.
And when I'm being mean to the defense or have that "I know something you don't!" thing going on, I would probably flip my hair like Dahlia.

Alright, for my prosecution procedures...I would be a young prosecutor, and a little overexcited with every trial. Like, pointing out how interesting are some details on the witness testimony, even if they had nothing to do with the case, but sometimes leading to interesting discoveries. For example...
My glasses fell and broke. HOLD IT! Can you tell us how they fell? Well, I was running and then...(me) Ahah!! Did you hear that, Your Honor? The witness was running at that moment! This is very important!
And why is that so?(me) That, my friend, I will reveal as the trial goes on! Witness! Honor us with a bit more of your testimony!
(From where the heck he gets all that energy!? Gatorade?)Well...when the moment to reveal new evidence arises, I would laugh loudly and present it, giving a throughly explanation about it.
When I'm bored with the defense attempts, I would encourage them. "Come on, you're not finished yet! Work your head, and you will find the answer!". Maybe they get so frustrated with the pressure that they give up. And maybe they get all encouraged. It depends. XD
Now, when I take damage or break, I would give something like a "Very well, rival!" or, depending on the circunstances, "No, this isn't right! How can it be!?" or something.

Like twitching, falling asleep during the judges speeches....lots of arms gesturing wildly as I make my points.
Getting really fired up when I can turn down a point but when something wrecks my case I flip.
It'd go something like this.
: But what about this evidence!Me: HA!!!! TAKE THAT THAT THAT AND SOME OF THAAAAAAATT!!!! *jabs both fingers in Nick's direction rapidly before ending with a big point.
Why does that actually hurt me.... He has a point...penalty!

My bored thing would be me just me reeling my yo-yo up and down, just watching it uninterestingly.
My "I know something you don't" thing would be sarcastically clapping whilst smiling, followed by cracking my fingers.
My shocked thing would be doing tricks with my yo-yo and then it smacking me in the face followed by "WHAAAT?!.
My thinking thing would have me staring out into the distance whilst scratching my head.
And my "I just lost" thing would be to throw my yo-yo at Nick...obviously.

...I also wouldn't pay attention if I was asked to give my opinion about the defenses claim. And I'd let the attorney do all the work for me (only objectiing) if the question wasn't related to the case.

(ex: objecting in another language, using another language to address people, etc.) I'd also constantly abuse the over-the-glasses stare, and instead of humming, I'd drum my fingers to the beat of some random song (possibly the Objection! theme XD). When I get upset, I'd just start drumming loudly and randomly. As for my pointing, I'd have my elbow on the desk while I pointed while my head rests in my other hand....huh. That sounds like I could get annoying. Must be because I don't get annoyed easily

I'd probably be chewing gum or eating candy. I'd have a giant bag of gummi bears on the bench and eat them constantly (and throw them at the defense.)
I really want to see Edgeworth drinking tea at the prosecutor's bench...calmly taking a sip and smirking at the poor, foolish defense attorney who just doesn't get it.
