Seriously, I've often thought de Killer would be the ideal recurring side-villain. Sort of like Arnold Zeck from the Nero Wolfe series (oh no one's going to know those why even bring them up?). Anyway, it would be cool to have him appear again, not as the main villain, but being tangentially involved.
And then finally getting taken down by Apollo on his third appearance.

@Regy Rusty. I remember when Nero Wolfe came out, but I don't remember watching it. It might be something I have to check out now.
Edit: After doing some searches, I have found that this Nero Wolfe started as a book series and has been adapted many times for television and film.

That's a very good point.
That's not what I meant. I meant sparingly in a single case. Is he's overused in one single case, he dominates it. 2-4 did this cleverly due to him being on the phone and general creeping around.
TL;DR I want him in only if used wisely.

That would be kind of fun to have. There would need to be some sort of story beforehand to put de Killer behind bars though, otherwise, either Gumshoe would arrest him (getting a possible raise? yay!) or he would not co-operate.
I do prefer the de-Killer-being-the-victim story though. The killer would need to be a genius though, I doubt it would be a simple task to assassinate and assassin.

If they made extreamly creepy music to accompany the scene, it'd be scarry. Imagine: The plot has thikened to the point everyone in the prosecutors office has been locked inside the building (due to a murder/another murder DeKiller did in order to get closer to his intended target, Edgeworth), your inspecting the scene of the crime for clues and suddenly DeKiller comes from nowhere, creepy music playing, and chases you with a knife or something.
