IMO, it would be a fun thing to do, and feel really good. Everybody loves Godot and even though he killed someone, he was trying to Protect Maya. Add in the sprit stuff and there's no way he would get life/death.

IMO, I don`t think if someone is protecting someone, and they kill the other person who is just about to kill someone else they care about, it counts as Murder One.

However, there are other charges to consider such as hiding info from the police.

This is what I've always imagined happens after GS3:

Godot is taken into custody at the Judge's orders and is immediately sent to be executed. Godot is THAT dangerous. Foolishly, however, the Judge offers Godot a last meal. Godot requests 200 pounds of straight coffee beans and devours them all. Right as the doctor is about to shove the needle into Godot's arm he says "Any last words, scum?"

"Yes." Godot replies. "RISE COFFEE!" Coffee in the mug of one guard rises and hits him in the face. The coffee burns him.

"DICK!" screams the guard. Godot then proceeds to roundhouse kick the other guard across the face. He heat visions the door, which explodes and runs for the exit. Phoenix (he's there to witness Godot's execution) rushes and grabs one of the incapacitated guard's guns. He runs after Godot and meets him at the top of the building.

"You bastard!" shouts Phoenix. "Why don't you accept your death!?"

"I can't die a death like that," Godot replies "that's one of my rules." Godot then charges Phoenix and knees him in the balls. The stunned Phoenix Wright fires a shot into the air by accident which hits a zeppelin flying high above the building. The zeppelin crashes into the building and explodes on impact, but Godot and Phoenix manage to make it to the streets below unscathed. Phoenix fires off 3 shots, which Godot avoids with ease.

"You're weak!" exclaims Godot. "Nothing like Mia!"

"Nothing...like....WHAT ARE YOU GETTING AT!?"

"Look up." says Godot. Phoenix stares into the sky and sees a wave of coffee that crashes down on both of them. Apparently the zeppelin Phoenix shot was full of coffee. Godot opens his mouth and drinks all of the coffee he can. "BLACK, JUST LIKE I LIKE IT!" he says. Faster than ever, Godot gut punches Phoenix, who falls to the ground. Godot continues beating the shit out of Phoenix until the police arrive.

The police send a firing squad in to take out Godot. The entire squad fires their guns at Godot, who deflects every bullet with a coffee bean he had stored in his stomach. "NO MAN CAN TAKE ME OOOOOOOOUT!" Godot roars. He launches an onslaught of laser beams from his visor, melting each and every gun in his vicinity. Godot then goes back to beating Phoenix on the ground.

"It's over, Trite." Godot whispers. Godot raises his fist to strike Phoenix a final time. Suddenly, a helicopter descends from the sky. The pilot: Dick Gumshoe.

Gumshoe jumps from the helicopter and exclaims "Not on my watch, Pal!" and punches Godot square in the heart.

"ACK!" Godot cries. Godot then dies of a caffeine induced heart attack, coffee dripping from his lips.

The End.

I actually like this Godot's Trial idea. I wouldn't mind help making it. I could do story at least. If you can find a programmer, it could be made in something like PyWright or PWLib.

Defense Attorney: Godot Himself
Prosecution: Miles Edgeworth
Witnesses: Maya Fey, Phoenix Wright, Dahlia Hawthorne?
Judge: Why, Udgey of course.

Well, I like the idea. You've sparked some creativity in me, I think I'll start on something like this.

Cool idea.

I think he died after PW3.

If not from the injury or what happened, just because his purpose in life was done. He woke up from his coma and came back from the depths of hell to do battle with Nick. Now that that is over he really has no purpose in his life.
