To solve this, when you copy in the open mouth, take along with it a large area of skin, so you can tell easier where to put the mouth so that it will be in the right place, and no extra skin should be there.
Also, the frames seem to be of different times each.
Other than that, well done for your first try!

But um, it says on the sprite sheet do not steal or use, or something of the sort.
So I'm pretty sure you aren't allowed to use it >.>
I mean, I know you aren't saying that you made it, but still.
