The Judge slammed his gavel. "Mr. Wright! What is the meaning of this? Shouldn't your defense do the talking?" the Judge ask.
"Your Honor, At the night of the crime, I did saw something that might help this case. Well I shoudln't say something but someone at the night of the crime." He said. "And Apollo does raise a good point. I didn't knew that Ini Miney was released into the public. Besides I was taking pictures on the day of the crime. And I so happen to had two cameras just incase one of them either ran out of battery or ran out of film." He added smiling just like his dad. "And I would like to Testify. If that is alright with you, Prosecutor Edgeworth." He said still smiling.

"Will you give your testimony?" The Judge asked.
"Alright." He said. "I'll tell the court what I was doing on that terrible night."
"I was enjoying my time taking pictures of whatever caught my attentions, like birds, bunnies, heck even the flowers. I had two cameras so if one of them ran out of films I could use my other but I didn't waste any films but I didn't knew it was getting dark. So on my way home I heard a gun shot. I ran to where I heard it and I saw the dead body and the real killer. I took the picture of him holding the gun And the lights were on so you can see his body figure but not his face it seems he was wearing a mask and you can see that his hands were in leather gloves. And then I passed out." He said.

"Yes, I usually come prepared." Anthony replied.
"What about the picture that you took?" The Judge asked.
"I happen to have it with me." Anthony asked as he show the court the killer and the victim with the correct time. "I guess we could do a lil math 11:43 PM and minus the time the another witness Marissa saw and called the cops. And we get out answer." He added.

))This was a very audience interactive trial. It was getting to the point that Will was concerned over whether or not he'd have to write down everything that the audience said as well as the trial minutes. He had been taking special notes on the side of what seemed to be key points of audience conversation. So basically, anything Phoenix Wright and his entourage was saying.
On a seperate note he also was getting bored. The trial had just begun and already both the DA and the Prosecution had sealed lips. Great... at this rate he'd be here all day and only have half a page to show for it. He sketched a hasty doodle and folded into a paper airplane... At least he could keep entertained... wait...
He opened the plane up again and wrote a note on the peice of paper. He folded it back up and on a moment of distraction on Marrisa's part he chucked it at Apollo only acheiving to hit Trucy in his attempt to keep the trial alive.
The message read: "Does he have the photos? Who takes pictures at 11pm? 'the lights were on so you can see his body' meaning?"

"Does Mr. Wright have something else to say?" The Judge asked.
"Yes, there is one other thing that has been bothering me ever since I was at the detention center. In this photo of my by the dead body theres only one camera on me and it happens to be my digital one. But my other camera is not there to be seen. I bet the real murderer but had thought I took the photo with my other camera instead of my digital." Anthony said.
"That does raises a good point. Does the prosecution have any explination for this?" The Judge asked Marissa.
"And Marissa do come with a good theory and lets hope your next witness can enlighten us of what he/she saw the night of the crime." Anthony said.
