This isn't incredibly serious, it's just for fun, & character building.
Turnabout Homewrecker
~Tues November 28th~
Dave & Maria Dawson (Husband & Wife) were walking home from a local bar. They had been rather coarse with eachother all night.
"So who is she?" Maria asked, crumpling a paper in her pocket with frustration.
"What?"
"I saw your phone,...you didn't think I would see it eventually!?" Maria fumed.
"Maria I-"

Profiles
Victim: Dave Dawson. Age 32, Cop. Had apparently been cheating on wife Maria, concerning women on his speed-dial. stabbed, then died from shot to the back of the head 3:00am Nov. 28. Found on his front lawn.
Suspect: Maria Dawson. Age 25, unemployed. Angry at victim for cheating, was found with one of the murder weapons, 48-cal revolver at the scene of the crime. Had divorce papers in pocket.
Witness#1: saw couple walking while waiting at bus stop. Saw another person at the scene. view was blocked when the bus arrived, but when she looked out the window she say someone with the gun pointed at the victim.
Witness#2: saw couple while walking on the other side of the street, didn't see anyone else.
Witness#3: Secret
Prosecution: Valerie Valkyrie. Age:26. Promising Prosecutor from Germany & has never lost a case. She carries a longsword (Though only for show). Her English isn't the best.
Defendant: Maria (Skeledude12)
Defence Attorney: Apollo(Apollo72)
Defence Aide: Phoenix (Anthony)
Prosecuting Attorney: Val Valkyrie(me)
Prosecution Aide: Aiirashi Gavin (yuzikichan)

Witness#2: Mina (Mina Von)
Evidence
Dave's Autopsy report: Was hit with a blunt object from behind, then stabbed & shot in the back of the head. Died instantly after shot at 3:00am.
48. Calibur Revolver: Belonged to Dave. was found in Maria's possession & is covered in her fingerprints.
Plastic blade casing: The saftey case for a blade found at the scene, larger than your average weapon...
Divorce Papers: Found in Maria's possession, obvious intent.
Gloves: Two gloves found at the scene, they don't match.
Empty beer bottles: found at the scene. apparantly didn't belong to Dave & Maria. One is smashed.
Secret Evidence: Will come across in investigation.
Investigation locations
Scene of the crime: Dave Dawson's front lawn.
'In the Sauce' Bar & Grill: Where Dave & Maria spent most of the night, before the crime.

Val Paced the courthouse lobby in anticipation. It was her first case while in America, & she had her whole reputation from back home looking down at her from every angle. Sure their legal systems weren't too different, & this case was already looking to be an easy win. The First witness she had planned would definately take the cake.
She skimmed over the files one last time before pleased with herself, entered the courtroom & took her place on the bench. There'd be much partying due tonight.

He has a habit of carrying it in his robe when he drives home, Instead of leaving it in his office. "Now where did I put that thing?" He shakes his head as he checks in his robe's pocket for the 5th time. As he checks his pants pocket his cellphone rings and he jerks his hand out of his pocket. "What!?" He realizes it was his phone and he quickly answers it.
The bailiff calls him and tells him about a trial coming up.
We have a trial coming up sir.
"Again? I just though we got finished with one"
We have quite a bit of crime sir.
"What's the crime?" The Judge asks as he takes a sip of tea.
"Murder, A woman killed her husband because he was cheating on her."
The judge choked on his tea and he took a long pause.
"Will you be able to make it?"
Befreier hesitates when he realizes he can't find his gavel.
"Yeah, I think I can make it"
"Good."
The judge closes his cellphone and puts it in his pants pocket.

After realizing the courtroom was empty, Val exitted back to the lobby. Way to go, it's not even time yet. I'm making a fool of myself already. She looked at her watch. Quite some time yet... She pulled on a coat & made her way to the nearby 'Dunkin Donuts' for a coffee.
She returned 10 minutes later with her coffee & a dozen donuts. "Is anybody being here yet?" she thought outloud.

The judge gives up on finding the gavel.
When he gets to the building (By driving of course) He checks his car one last time. When his gavel refuses to be found the judge gives up and walks inside the building.
He sees a woman with a dozen doughnuts and decides to strike up a conversation.
"Hello there, Are you on jury duty today?"

The judge takes a doughnut just as Apollo walks in.
"ah hello, What this you found my gavel?"
The judge takes his gavel and puts it in his robe, making a sound like wood hitting metal.
"Thank you both, I need to get to my court room, Hope your jury duty goes well!"
The judge walks off, Completly forgetting what Val had said about being the prosecutuon.

She had been looking the other way, & didn't even hear him come in. She scrambled to keep hold of the doughnuts, but missed the coffee.She watched in gut-wrenching slow motion, as the coffee made it's descent, upon Apollo's red vest.
