I found two new samples AND the cover art of "[LV.X+]" (which is btw the artist's name, not the name of the doujin itself, and the same artist did this) - The cover makes it a lot easier, I can identify the real name of the doujin now.
And believe me, I will hunt that thing down for sure! And the fact that the samples I found show Diego and Mia in full action has NOTHING to do with it, I swear!

The name of the doujin is Gyakuten Sayonara Homerun or, in short, Gyasaho, and is part of a two-part series.
This is part two, Gyakuten Sayonara 2, but since almost nobody knows that there is a first part, you will most likely find this doujin as "Gyasaho" and not, like it should be, the first one.
The artist is LEVEL-X (also known as "Lv.X+") and the official website can be found here.
Apart from a better version of the cover artwork and another sample, I have no new material to share, but I hope you can use the information.
