Anyway, nothing has changed in my theory, Viridiany. Although there's a new component: it was the murderer who moved the woman outside (probably to frame Franky), as shown by the fact that there's no bloodstain in the snow (and there was a bloodstain indoors).
EDIT: Although looking at it a bit more, the woman seems to have been moved pretty far since the intro scene didn't take place right inside that door, since the window is different than the one in the intro scene. I wonder what that means.......

I have no clue. Franky must've been knocked out pretty early in whatever fight happened though, considering that gun was no where near pointing at her neck.

If you want to add to that, the body isn't leaving an marks of skidding/whatever on the snow (which would be expected if she were shot or dropped right there)+if they HAD existed and were just snowed over she'd have snow covering here so it means someone had to have put her down there. Either that or she just laid down herself but I really doubt it.
