Mia's wouldn't really be that hard to create. Take one of her poses, flip it over to the right side, outline it, set color, apply gradient/tranparency, and pesto: Mia investigation bg. I might try this after I get done with the characters (unless someone beats me to it...).

So something like this? Just made it real fast in Photoshop, I don't have a investigation background WITHOUT someones poses so I had to get rid of Phoeny there, hence I couldn't do the light transparency atm because it's difficult removing Phoenix in full.

Thanks, yours looks quite good as well (although she is a little smaller, but that's because the sprite is that size).

What I did is put the sprite on a new layer with the opacity lowered a little, coloured it one colour, Then added a gradient to it from trasparent to white...

Then I blurred it slightly to hide the pixelyness.

I noticed that no one had used this particular pose, which I think is the best "thinking" animation to use.
Notice that it isn't supposed to reach all the way to the bottom.

Compare to the original versions...

Yeah, it's the closest one to PW and AJ's.

It would be nice to have a game using those. Nonetheless, PWLib 1.2 will include Mia's thinking just in case.

Hmmm I think they both do reach the bottom but they are just so transparent at the bottom that you barely notice (although you can see it at Edgeworth that it does reach the bottom). Anyway, here's the pose you used (only a bit bigger so it fits the original size):

The middle one is right on track; almost exactly what I had in mind. It just needs to be smaller, like this one:

And the poses do not go all the way to the bottom. They're in the exact position (well Edgeworth is) for the court bench.

EDIT: I just thought of something. There also isn't any zoom sprites for Payne or Von Karma. Although, I think someone made one of Payne sometime ago.

EDIT: EDIT: To keep this organised, you can PM with your pick (with picture) and I relay the results to KSA after the "voting time" is up.

Hmmm, yes, Lt. Morke is right.

Just some more and it will be ready for addition.
I think they should be a bit more white and less blurred (to meet the originals).

If you think about it, once we fit a formula for it, we can add even Payne's or Franny's.

If there is Zoom for Payne, why not add it? Let me know where it is (haven't seen it yet).

I don't really see how ksunwoo6 can claim right to the "sprites" above, all he did was take them put them in a graphic, then use flash to get rid of the pixels. I don't know the command IN flash but I know flash is capable of doing it.

I'm working on 2 interesting things for AIGE that will impact directly on PWLib, and I'll post info as I get both done.

Some information about PWLib 1.2:

I'm finally starting to get back on track and slowly fix small bugs present over 1.2 and extending some functionality to make 1.2 more stable and better. I did some tests with friends' pcs and PWLib 1.2 runs better when compared to 1.1 (the Accelerated Render worked on all cases, even on pcs where 1.1's Accelerated failed).

If it wasn't due to Damion Shard's case to surface, I wouldn't have noticed the need for a better Texture Manager.
If it wasn't due to AADS pesting around, I wouldn't have added mic support (it wasn't really simple, but took 3 good hours to get done).
If it wasn't a friend's pc running at ~44 fps, I wouldn't have fixed the Message Box Drawing speed.

Sometimes I tend to go way out of track due to diverse reasons, thus delaying 1.2. But all the last additions made PWLib 1.2 a lot better. I hope to finish a series of new features and Shinku soon, finally releasing it.

And YggdrasilsSword, let me know: why did you choose PWLib?

Well, I tried PyWright first, but I had difficulty figuring it out, so I decided I would come back to it later when I had more free time. I would have tried Ace Attorney Online, but I didn't have Firefox. Then I noticed that PWLib seemed to be the most popular case maker, so I downloaded WinRAR (the only excuse I had for not downloading it in the first place) and was rather pleased that there was a little book, PWLib in a Nutshell, which was of great aid in learning the ways of PWLib, despite some instances where I found its information to be a bit outdated.

And so, slowly, I began work on a case for PWLib, using an idea and partial script that I had already created. When Lt. Morke released his Edgeworth, I began work on the case proper. But, requiring more PW characters for the case and needing other help, I joined CR, created a thread, etc...

So really, I tried several alternatives before I settled on PWLib because of its popularity, professionalism, flexibility, and helpful tutorial book.

But in the end, what was the decisive thing that made you use PWLib?

PWLin In A Nutshell dates from version 1.0, and in 1.1 some things were changed. I do really need to do Unleashed to update development methods and fix the mistakes and outdated data from the later book.

But in the end, what was the decisive thing that made you use PWLib?

PWLin In A Nutshell dates from version 1.0, and in 1.1 some things were changed. I do really need to do Unleashed to update development methods and fix the mistakes and outdated data from the later book.

The decisive evidence was... PWLib in a Nutshell. It made it possible for me to learn to use PWLib, even if the book itself was a tad outdated.

Hmmm, but you wouldn't use it otherwise?

I make PWLib to be best quality as possible, and I think it counts something, I think.

It's not that I wouldn't have used it otherwise, just that PWLib was set apart from others by being the most intuitive to learn, due to PWLib in a Nutshell. I'm sure that PWLib Unleashed will provide a similar pathway for people to begin using PWLib once 1.2 is released.

Alright, but does PWLib's supposed quality and professionalism did account heavily in your decision?

PWLib Unleashed will be the base for PWLib Mio Series as well as the Languages. There will be the classic coding too (for those who prefer the classic method), as well Shinku as the "main line". As time goes and the Integration Languages get developed, they will be included on the mix (so a developer will be able to know the corresponding, let's say, Shinku code for a Kirakishou section of code.)

I hope to get top quality (better then PWLib In A Nutshell) with PWLib Unleashed.
