The decisions from these design panel meetings will be more or less final, or at least will help cement the concepts for each character and give everyone a unified idea of what each character is/does.

Thinking about Matt... maybe he could split into seperate entities at will? 'Good' Matt and 'Evil' Matt? I can see him being a good boss of some huge fandom... loads of people to do his bidding. I remember at some point in 2-4, 'Evil' Matt was laughing at how he'd put on a sweet face and anyone would do his bidding. Paraphrasing: "The media bought it. So did the assassin. NEUTRAL: THE DREAD PIRATE, LADY SAKAI
The owner of an underground casino, the queenpin of a vast black market network, and the master of her own league of ninjas. Sakai is the perennial bad girl whose MO is to get more, more, more. Not one for sentiment, her mercenary drive can lead her to help either superheroes or supervillains, so long as she gets something out of it. She is identified by her trademark weaponry: twin foils, twin revolvers, and twin kodachi. She has an arsenal of gadgetry and tricks to throw off adversaries and make her escape.
( Half pirate, half ninja, all woman. Much of Sakai's design was contributed to by ChineseInfantry. )

Repast means "to feast." In his demon form, Matt Engarde can do that exceedingly well. Blessed with unnatural strength and agility, he can leap through the air such that he doesn't even need a second wing. His right arm is the strongest part of his body, armored and able to rip through most materials. The horns on his head let him sense the life energy of nearby beings, which he feeds upon. Needless to say, Shoe is quite pleased with his little experiment.
Design Note: Repast's form mimicks the Nickel Samurai costume. The original idea for the villain name came from a little word association. Engarde -> Riposte -> Repast

Repast almost looks like a cross between G-Virus Birkin from Resident Evil 2 and... something that would either come out of Diablo or the anime/manga series Berserk.
Still it's quite a good drawing.
So will the Fey sisters have psychic powers then? Or maybe star wars style force abilities?

On that note, the reason we're including GS1-3 villains is because, quite honestly, GS1-3 has more interesting cast members. >_>; That and we need lots of bad guys to continue the storyline and challenge the heroes.

Remember that we're still trying to stick to the GS4 timestream, so some characters may have to age (like Hobohodo, Ema, Pearl, and wait til you see what happens to Yuusaku...)...

The "Shelly" bit seems to take the pun a bit far, but I wonder if there's room for another manbeast in the mix... we'll have to see. De Killer is already an assassin in the games, so I'm not sure how exactly we can parody his role in the Super Makoto universe. Pop into Oekakichat sometime so we can think of something! Shelly is one of my favorite characters and I'd like to see him take a part in this, too.
Maybe Boss can think of something.
