That actually is quite annoying.
+ In same case when you compare Klavier to the most evilest AJ character *too lazy to use spoiler tag*
you can see that Klavi is like a micro sized version of that person...so...small...
It's pretty anoying, indeed.

Seconded. The judge is timeless and we need to continue the tradition of Payne as always being the first prosecutor! (Although I wouldn't have minded someone to replace Payne, as long as he was the first prosecutor in all AJ games.)
And it would've had to have some sort of reference as to what happened to Phoenix. (Like maybe if you examined a newspaper article in a certain place.)
I also wouldn't have minded Ema if they had removed Phoenix completely.
