Ugh Starbucks, most of the people who go there just wanna be seen with a Starbucks cup :redd:

I've never actually been to Starbucks but when one of my friends said a coffee and a muffin came up to about £8 I was horrified.

Oh and Pauline Fowler Wendy Richards died today. I was quite upset by the news =^( I loved her in the Carry Ons she did.

It seems you guys get a choice when it comes to coffee houses. Where I live its pretty much local places or Starbucks, and they end costing about the same.

I'm sad to hear about Wendy Richards. I loved her in "Are You Being Served?"

THIS IS MADNESS :zenitora:

No kidding. I've always wondered why the crazy Americans (who I have to deal with on a daily basis) would call a game which barely involves the use of the feet "football" while renaming the already appropriately named "football" to "soccer." It's Orwellian, doublethink and all that. (Although 1984 took place in London, so bad example.)

Why do you call it American Football then? You should call it soccer, because the players "sock each other and get hurt.

Then stay the hell away from London. It rains around here, like, once every 2 months if you're lucky. And those are usually only a couple of minute long showers.
And we generally only get snow once in March or April so that doesn't really matter either.

It rains everyday here in my place =3=...

Yeah, Ive always wanted to visit Britain, but never did. XD

It was freakily warm here today.

Freaky because it's only about a month since England was practically covered in thick snow.

My GSCE exam season starts in May too, I've taken a couple already so I know they're not too bad. Next week I have a one-off PE spoken exam (why oh why am I predicted an A, I'm not what you call physically active! gah) and then loads of revision and coursework to finish off. Graphics is a pain in the ass, the mock exam didn't help, and I can't build models to save my life (I had to put it together with PAPER FASTENERS). If there's one subject where I will seriously underachieve it will be that one. Don't get me started on learning the 10000 different printing methods and how each one works.. >:(

It is tipping it down here in Devon. I don't understand why people say we have the best weather here, it rains loads and even in the summer the south-east of England is warmer than we are.

Spoiler: Guess what.

The Queen and Prince Philip are coming to my work tomorrow hahahahaha!

And sad thing is.... I'm quite excited!

I won't get to meet them though, I don't wanna go meeting people if I go on my own. (not that I would ACTUALLY meet her LOL).

(they're officially opening the new Oncology and Haematology building at the hospital where I work).

I wouldn't let these posts deter you from visiting Britain. It's one thing to go someplace on holiday, and another thing entirely to live there.

If you're just visiting, you can explore all the sights, eat leisurely at lovely restaurants, and have so many fond memories in a short time. If you live here, you have to deal with life, education, earning money, politics, and weather. The same works the other way round.

I'd visit, but I don't understand their foreign language. I only speak American.
On April 3, 2016, Court Records Forums experienced a miracle upon that day.
