Sephi in KH 1 and 2 wasn't so bad.
Guess the way i levelled my chars in FFX made extractor F hard.

I say also the Persona 3 last boss. You can't nuke him all 13 times so, I had to save the nuke for last. VERY ANNOYING. Especially its counters.

I was in the part of the train derrailment in begginings part 2 (With Wesker) when you meet Sergei and he throws you his Wanna-be-tyrant with Kamina glasses and white coat. I had to fight him a thousand times and couldn`t find out how to kill him. And in the end...

FFIV Archfiends. You attack Scarmiligone, he counters with Death! Attack Cagnazzo, he counters with Tsunami, which equals death. The third one wasn't so bad, though.
St. Bastille (is that what's it's called?) in Jeanne D'Arc. It's so annoying...Not technically a boss, as it's an SRPG, but you're fighting the main antagonist, so I suppose it counts.
There's a boss that I can't remember the name of in Castlevania that I'm stuck on...it keeps throwing you into these coffins that take a fifth of your life, so five throws and you're dead. And it's FAST.

That's the Puppet Master AFAIK. Dunno if that's the right name, but it's a huge puppet and you get the ability to throw puppets that teleport you there where the puppet lands when you beat it.
Just beat that prick a while ago with Julius. Annoying as hell, it is.

The only hint to find him and kill him is to sneak up behind him and kill him but be sure to kil his parrot that bird helps him to find you. And its also funny to kill it because he gets mad. xD

Huge health, Irritating to dodge moves, and horribly powerful. But the real problem is what little margin for error you have. At least in the main game you can heal with potions, but on Albus mode you can make, perhaps, four mistakes.
