Anyway, why give a minor "tool" in the first game importance?
Missile should be treated as Charley The Plant: He's just a joke. If he's mentioned/shown, he won't play any role in the game.

Missile's not a tool, Missile's a cute dog and not just a thing in the background.
The difference between Charley and Missile.
1. Charley is a plant and Missile is a dog
2. Charley doesn't really do THAT much unlike Missile
3. Missile's cuter :P
There is a chance Missile could be in GK, Missile is on the police force, and in the game you are working with the police force so that means there is a possibility
