Xero quickly reacted; he dashed to the side, and when the sword was down far enough, he dashed forward and drove the sword directly for Model W's 'face'. "Well, then how about this!?"

That damn angel...! She gave the boy his sword's other half! Now if they find me, I'll be history...! I've got to escape while I can... hissed the shadow.

The blade connected with the glass dome covering his body's face. The impact was fierce, so much so that the very air shivered from the impact. However, Model W simply stood in place, the blow only pushing him down a bit on his legs. Then...

A crack ran across the glass. And then, another crack, followed by another, and another. The whole face-guard branched into a web of cracks, all centering from the impact point of the blade. When it finally stopped, the room seemed much more quiet, almost eerily so. Then, in a burst, the protective dome shattered, fragments flying all across the room as if something had exploded.

What lay beneath that deceptive covering should have turned any normal man's stomach. The unnaturally fetid remains of a human skull, jaw stuck in the final grimace of it's original owner's life, stared back to the heroes in front of it. What material wasn't rotted away was seemingly converted into bio-organic mass, reaching up and out around the skull to a central point that literally had erupted from the skull's forehead-- a bright red mechanical eye.

There was no doubt about it. The original Albert was dead, the shell of his body run solely on the control and whim of the Biometal, which had combined completely with it's host in a parasitic mutation.

This, however, didn't last long. The entire event, from impact to revelation, took no more than thirty seconds. Model W's vessel went crashing across the room, into the wall and shattering the monitors, obscured from view by the debris. Only his laugh came from the veil of dust and smoke.

Xero landed after his attack, and jumped back.

All which transpired left Xero and Yuki standing speechless. Nothing they had ever done came close to having them witness something like this.

"Y...You're not human!" shouted Xero. Though, from Model W calling him 'mortal' all the time, it should've been obvious that the being did not consider itself mortal... perhaps this was why.

"You were controlling that body...!?" Yuki said in disbelief. "N-No way! Who are you!?"

From outside the room, sounds could be heard: thick, heavy thumping, slowly getting louder.

Apparently, something in Xero's words struck a chord in Model W, his tone altering to "HUMAN?! I WAS human! Abandoned by humanity-- my own KIND --in what felt like eons ago; sentenced to live an eternal damnation-- to live even after experiencing death firsthand! Love, loss, life, death-- I AM MORE HUMAN THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW! MWAHAHAH!!

Slams came from the doorway out of the room, and an inhuman roar echoed just beyond. Every crash sent the door bending inward a little more.

"I am Biometal Model W!-- I was once known as Dr. Weil!-- and soon, I will become the new ruler of earth and all who inhabit it!!"

Two things happened that moment. First, was that the room's walls shattered, a surge in response to Model W's impact with them, revealing the open sky on all sides ((Don't question the physics of it, that room is as close to the outside of the Ouroboros as you will get. XD)). Second, was that the doorway burst down, and a huge, blue, crocodile-like reploid.

"Intruders!" Bifrost shouted, his enormous maw slamming down it's icy teeth and sending a chill across the open air. "Your impudence shall be punished! None challenge the king and live!"

Xero and Yuki took steps back as Model W spoke and the room kept shifting. Yuki got close to Xero, and whispered "W-What's going on...?"

"I don't know..." Xero then heard Model W/Weil speak his last sentence. "You're insane! We're not just going to let you--"

SLAM. The door was busted down and a blue crocodile-like reploid.

"Dammit!" Xero turned to face Bifrost. "It never ends...!" He got his sword ready.

Bifrost looked around. The area was in ruins, and only two figures stood there. That meant...
"You two! What have you done to Master Albert?!" He shouted. "By merely stepping foot aboard our holy citadel, death is no longer a fitting enough for the likes of you, but THIS--!!"

As he spoke, working himself into a rage, a thick, frosty mist emanated from his maw, the ground slowly freezing over on where it touched. He took a heavy step forward and the icy mist splashed forth across the floor, gently embracing the metal in a slippery sheet of frost.

"Master... Albert...?" questioned Xero. "No, we were fighting someone who called himself Dr. Weil... or Biometal Model W... or something like that!" He had his hand on his saber (both blades still out) just in case, as the floor started icing up. "He didn't say his name was Albert! Are you saying... that body he controlled was Albert?"

"Xero!" said Yuki. "I think that meant that Dr. Weil was controlling Albert!"

((Uh.. was Albert alive during that time? I'm not exactly an expert on ZX knowledge...))

((Read back in the RP. There's a period during the Nyx attack where something goes wrong with Albert's Biometal. In-game, and where he and the Ouroboros appear in this RP, Albert is just the semi-typical self-proclaimed god villain, and is not funked up. I just screwed the universe for this RP only. Model W's aren't even supposed to have an apparent consciousness like the other biometal, but I used the Dark Hour event as an excuse to allow that latent persona to come forth and take over-- quite literally, considering.
See? I'm like the champion of continuity over here. XD))

"Be silent! Biometal Model W is the ultimate biometal, the key with which Master Albert shall raze the old world and rebuild it with himself as it's creator and master!" Bifrost more-or-less explained, albeit though inclination to argue with the intruders. "Your time is up-- I will force you both off this vessel and to your deaths!"

He opened his jaws wide, until his maw was at a complete straight line up and down, his teeth facing outward like large spikes. Taking yet another heavy step forward, the icicle-like teeth suddenly started to shoot like cannonballs, launching towards, although not directly at, Xero and Yuki.
"Off the edge with you!"

Xero quickly got ready to dodge, though the icicles weren't coming directly at him. Yuki, however, wasn't about to take chances. She jumped and hovered in the air, thanks to her wings, and extended her hands outward; a large dark pulse emanated from them, and a dark ball (almost blind to the naked eye) sped out at Bifrost from them.

((FINALLY! a decent computer to type with! No more ipod typing! Now... Magic changing powers go!))

Samus had lost the ships in the city and looked at the battlestation in the sky that was very close to it now. It seemed to be... Changing? Maybe the power source was hit? Samus used one of her few new upgraded to zoom in and look closer at the station, Adam was getting a direct feed too. It seemed the side she was closest a small part seemed to of stopped regenerating for some odd reason.

"Odd.. Maybe this station isn't totally invincible.."

"Hey samus, you can hear me right?"

"Adam? So the com link is up now?"

"yep, seems the damage wasn't as bad as we thought. You better come back. That station is coming down faster and there seems to be some sort of big fight in there... Least, that's what the scaners think..."

"I wanted to get inside the thing but I guess no such luck for now. I'll start running now"

And with that Samus started to run away from the city and back to her ship. It seemed something was fighting in there and her help wasn't needed for this crisis..

Sonic chuckled as he dashed forward, looking back to see the metallic baddies slowly catching up to him. Argoyle suddenly threw a sort of bomb at him, and Sonic's confidence shook for a second, surprised by the move. He jumped into the air, a small blue ball, as the bomb detonated and just avoided him.

He touched the ground and continued ahead.
"Is that all you've got? Geez, whoever designed you was worse then Egghead!" Sonic remarked.
